Liz Danger Romance Series Book Recommendation
I finished the Liz Danger series by Jennifer Crusie and Bob Mayer, and once again, this dynamic duo doesn’t disappoint! If you enjoy witty banter and small town romance with a side dish of murder, you will LOVE this series. The heroine is a quirky rebel reluctantly returning to her hometown, and the hero is an ex-army ranger and current cop… and both of them end up embroiled in a murder investigation. All that being said, let’s be real - you can’t go wrong with a Jennifer Cruise book, so settle in. Nothing but good times ahead!

I don’t think these are quite as good as the Kate Daniel series & the various spin offs, they’re a little too silly with the philosophy chickens, I guess, maybe just a little too lighthearted for my taste. And I don’t like how they go off after Kate’s sister for a whole book: I don’t really care about Kates sister. But when you’ve read all the Kate Daniels and all the Hidden Legacy books in the series, it’s at least better than the Edge series. I didn’t like them much at all.
Honestly, Hoyt’s books are far better than Julia Quinn’s IMO
