Just left this resort a couple days ago, and I’ll never return. Super ghetto staff is rude food is mediocre and the drinks are watered down. Very disappointed in the experience me and my wife had. 3 out of 10 for the rating. 👎

Stayed there during week they had their opening party. Lovely hotel but nowhere to walk to and Hard Rock Cafe a noisy neighbour. Had room overlooking inlet as shown ,one day a party on beach part of which belongs Hard Rock and another party at main hotel at same time.

Crazy that at 05:45 the chefs prepping raw meat right next to cooked. If you want food poisoning on holiday seems like the place to go

Wow the place looks amazing, you guys should also do the chichenitza, cozumel, isla mujeres, cobha and cenotes trips. Would you go to cancun again?

The beauty of the place is not questionable and the hotel is very good, only that they never talk about the mistreatment that the employees suffer in that place, guests who harass the employees and nothing happens to them, the bosses only punish the employees, the treatment that they give them is degrading, they abuse the need of the people, the prices that the guests pay are exorbitant against the misery they pay them, a true place of exploitation, I know it because I saw it and talked with several hotel employees, the authorities They should do something, it is not possible that a hotel that on the one hand boasts such a high level and on the other hand is so inhuman, they really treat guests very well and their employees treat them as slaves
