There are famous people? Obviously aimed at young people. I spent hours telling my kids that brands don't matter or make you a better person. Once they had to buy their own surprising how they agreed. Throw in the turkey, makes it about Christmas 🤣

I've seen the John Lewis one a lot and don't like the idea of an alien child, most odd.

Disney-there are so many so many families who attempt building a combination of step parents and children, it will touch people. But it can be extremely difficult. These activities are lovely, and may be real for some. Feels very much like the Hallmark films...romanticized.

I think with the Aldi one it cleverly links with the Christmas Carol by Dickens, and the footballers campaign for free meals with children during the Pandemic. Jokey enough to capture people's attention. Plus the message of being kind makes you happy. But then Aldi is my favourite shop being very reasonable prices. The Boots one I've seen on tv a lot and although it's about family and ends with an elderly grandma, I don't like the consumerism aspect.

Agree with your comments regarding the 1st ad. But sadly am very cynical about how filming was done.
