Movie was pretty good but the count with all the fluff and training was lacking something…he was all too much in the dark. I think seeing him brighter would have been more terrifying

I left high School in the mid 80's. I tried watching Goonies for the very first time recently. I hated it. Couldn't understand anything that was going on because it's a bunch of kids all yelling at the same time. I watched until they found a monster in the back room and I decided I have enough and shut it off. So I probably will not like skeleton crew if its anything like the Goonies

My guy, your review is fine and all, but please stop saying the word "just" every two seconds. I'm enjoying listening to you but it takes so long to understand you whene you're like "I just need to just sit down and just watch it and I just haven't but I really should, I just haven't yet." Like i said, your good to listen to but you're spamming one word into oblivion.

I'm a HUGE movie enthusiast/lover especially horror movies, aspiring business owner and actress/thespian. I watched 62 movie releases in the movie theater last year. My goal this year is to watch 70 movie releases in the movie theater. My top five most highly anticipated movies of 2025 are One of them Days, Sinners, the Michael Jackson biopic, 28 Years Later and Avatar: Fire and Ash. I think Marvel should continue to dial back like they were starting to do last year. They should release no more than 1-2 movies per year maximum and no more than 2-3 tv shows a year maximum. Less is more 🎥🎬📽️🎞️🍿🥤

It is clear you don't know much about Dylan--if you did you would see the distortions; So much not true--starting with the first scene-he did not meet Pete at the state hospital and go with him to his house; we were at 2 of the Newport Folk Festival---fights? sitting and drinking at the motel? Custom designs? We did not dress like that. the women actually had opinions; Toshi Seeger ran the Folk Festival--not a bunch of old white men. This review is totally BS.

Excellent breakdown of the film. Haven't seen it yet but as a Dylan fan for 40 some years Timothy Chalomet seems to have done about The Best you can portraying a very mysterious complicated Young Dylan. Can't wait to see it.

Great review for a great film. Just discovered your channel recently looking up reviews for Mufasa and I gotta say bro I’m really digging your format and keep up the great work. This series just keeps getting better & BETTER, other than Mufasa this was my most looked forward to movie for this year bar none. Sonic Adventure 2 is my favorite 3D Sonic game and the tid bits of that game’s story they used in this movie brought tears of joy to my face, Jim Carrey playing both Eggman & Gerald was insane that man is mega talented I also really loved Keanu voicing Shadow. I loved the Easter Eggs too like Chao Garden. All around just an excellent movie, and I really don’t think it was a good idea for Disney to release Mufasa on the same exact day. Edit: I also liked how this movie took the criticism of the human characters specifically Tom & Maddie and sidelined them for most of the film, the focus was on Team Sonic, the Robotnik Duo, Agent Stone, & Shadow and that’s honestly how I feel it should be because (imo) 1&2 focused way too much on Tom & Maddie.

I personally liked the 2019 remake, and I also liked Mufasa. Good review. I saw both this & Sonic 3. I’m a fan of both IPs. I watched Sonic 3 on opening night then the next night I saw Mufasa. Sonic 3 no doubt is the superior movie but I still really enjoyed Mufasa, go figure I also enjoyed the 2019 remake of The Lion King it was inevitable.

I'm sorry, the soundtrack for movie 3 was by far the best because about half of it is from the games!

I'll be first comment new here. I have not seen the 2019 Lion King since 2019. For 2024 Mufasa The Lion King I felt they tried I liked with it giving Mufasa a story of his own I enjoyed seeing the better emoting characters. I hate saying it as I love Timon and Pumbaa a very favorite comedy duo of mine but I would have been fine with them a little bit but they did not have to pop up so very much. The music didn't feel Lion King but I liked the music not the best music I do agree with that I remember not caring for the music It may grow more in time who knows. I respect all opinions I feel that is how things should be as we should all be able entitled to our own opinions. Not my favorite live action but original story my big plus on it that I feel along with more emotion. I still miss animated originals when Disney it's still a big fav of mine but I wish they went back to a lot more originals instead of creating Snow White live action, Tangled live action and so on. Only very little live actions I had good care for but still love originals the best that being Aladdin, Beauty and the beast for me. Ok movie this time for Lion King.

Really great film. One of the few franchises that all of the movies getting better and better.

I rented this one day and by the end, I was disappointed. There was nothing much that stood out, if I’m being honest. It was a bit cliche and kinda boring.

I’m a sucker for crappy movies. That being said, I very much enjoyed this one. I loved the backstory of the many cannibals and what drives them to eat😮

I’ll always defend this movie 😅 it gave me the creeps in theatres. When a film has that kind of impact on someone, it did something right 😮

Monkey Boy wants to do theater, but he perfers to work behind the scenes. The World is a stage, but not everyone seeks the spotlight.

I haven’t seen any of these. Eventually I’ll dive into them though. I hear it’s a great franchise.

Glad you enjoyed it. There’s some definite things I liked but, ultimately I think it’s a one time watch. The high RT score and high Letterboxd review scores I saw after watching surprised me I think it’s a little overrated but, a good start for first time filmmakers.

I thought the plot was a little convoluted but the humour, characters, and of course the ACTION made up for it all. Hayley Atwell was the stand out for me. Another great review, Josh!

I really enjoyed it. I loved the character development. There were a lot of jump scares. The girl he was rooming with had some funny lines and I liked that they kept certain things from the other ones to tie it all in. It was a bummer rose Byrne wasn’t in it more.

I’ll eventually watch this. The trailer didn’t really grab me along with the clips.

I have this on my list to get to eventually. Heard it’s slower but, will see

This was a one time watch for me. First 25 mins was fun. Has some action scenes I enjoy along with some movie magic. The ending and villain I didn’t care for.

Yeah I thought this was not to good. Not the worst movie I’ve ever seen but, nah I’m good to rewatch.

It is a good watch. I had a good time here. Its a breezy watch for the summer. I just feel so bad about the harsh reviews and undeserved box office results. I really thought kids would turn out for this ine.

My least favorite out of the trilogy but, better then 4 and even 5.

Just saw this one myself. No heavy jumpscares, a new character introduced and yes , a little throwbacks . Very story driven

Very descriptive review , dude. I walked into this one, thinking it’s going to be a fresh start of how DC films will be handled. I was blown away and satisfied with the presentation overall. The cameos and the introduction of the multiverse was touching. I even clapped at one point 😮

Ezra (all drama aside) delivered a fun and dynamic performance. Keaton was awesome to see back in the suit on the big screen. It was INCREDIBLY overhyped by those in the industry. Nowhere NEAR the best comic book movie ever made, but I still had a really great time with it! Great review, Josh

Are mermaids evil just because they are or was there a reason why Chelsea was evil?

So there really is no twist or anything? When I saw the clip of Chelsea (the redhead mermaid) talking to Ruby in the bathroom she had a moment of what looked like genuine sympathy, was that just a red herring? You know something to throw people off?

I wasn’t a huge fan of it but I really enjoyed the action and Mirage stole the show. Great review, Josh

Im just happy juice world is dead. Im just happy juice world died a hilarious death. Really bad lyrics that sound like they were written by a 7th grader. Great review for transformers. The action was fun and exciting. Totally agreed with your points.
