This channel is mainly focused on bringing my passion for Japanese one stroke dragon painting to as many people as I can. I absolutely love this style of painting and want to master it.
I know I'm not the best painter around but I am really motivated to learn and practice as much as I can. I'm going to focus mainly on timelapse videos with the occasional tutorial video thrown in aswell.

Great body technique. Do you ever vary the style of dragons that you do? As it must drag-on a bit if you are sticking to the same one all the time regardless of colour. Thanks for the demo anyway, it is lovely.

Hi there, I was wondering what sort of black paper I need if I want to use white ink. I see some of the Japanese videos use black paper, I haven't been able to find black inkjet paper, any advice as to a suitable black paper would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your videos :)
Honestly I've tried a few methods to try and figure out what they are using and I've come up with nothing. Literally nothing, sorry... I've tried a bunch of things and always came out with nothing. If you ever find out what they use please tell me :D <3
Hello from Canada. I'm a sumi-e teacher and have been experimenting with various papers with minimal success. It wasn't until I found your video and used some inkjet paper. I knew they were not using rice paper but rather a paper that is calendared. Do you happen to know what the black paper is that they are using in these videos? Thanks so much for sharing.
Hi there, I just asked the same question, did you manage to find out what sort of black paper is used? Maybe it's a synthetic paper used for alcohol inks

This is the year of the wood dragon coming up, and I love how strong your dragons are! Thank you for giving me the visuals I need! My favorite was the 4th one, where his horns had so much character!

I love the pressuring technique you used to layer the forehead, looks super clean
Thanks a lot dude. Most painters in this style use circular motions but I actually really like the way I do it so.. Nice to know someone agrees :)
