This video is very helpful to the begginer of living amongst the land, I myself plan to use your tips when I make it to palermo. By anychance you live around there? I would like to meet up so I can learn more. I also plan on introducing myself to the actual wilderness when the time is right. Thanks for the video.
Also a Botanist told me that you can eat the edibles next to en edibles just as long as you dont mix them. Like if you get a bit of the others roots that break of when you pull the one you want. If it was a concern then all plants no matter where you pick them will be cross contaminated. This is just a thought. Great Videos, keep um coming!
Just in case you didn't know. You can get poisoning from poison hemlock just from touching it. I have known a survival instructor who was very seriously affected by it. If you do touch it then make sure to not touch your mouth or eyes and wash your hands.

In the rockier parts of this area you will also find miners lettuce. Watch out for any plants with a milk like sap- general rule.

Young Cat tail looks a lot like Iris which is deadly. The difference is that the cat tail is oval and Iris is flat.
Thanks for sharing this.
