What you mean by "you can easily lose control"...? That's nonsense. If you lose control because the road is wet then you don't know how to drive. I have been driving RWD for many years in every weather but never lost control, not even with my very old Volvo back in the 1980's. The i4 is definitely the nicer and better car. There may be more space in the Mach-e, but the i4 is the winner when it comes to luxurious look and high quality material use, as well as the included and selectable extra functions. The interior of the Mach-e is pretty boring, mimicking Tesla with that huge flat display, which looks as if it was just glued there in the middle, not designed and integrated in the car.

The Mach-e has exceptionally soft material on the seating. We've always driven sports cars and hot hatches, so the i4 gives us the best alternative to the SUV, while still delivering a large cargo space with the seats folded. I would day rear seating is another big divider between these two cars. The I4 is called a gran coupe because the rear seats are considered more for occasional use.
