Great video. Your daughter is a hoot! Was the Blackbuck about the same size of a pronghorn buck?
@@nmelkhunter1 lol thank you, she’s always blessed us with her extraordinary personality! The blackbuck was mature and was about 100-110 lbs on the hoof.
@@RoyalCreekProductionsThanks for the info on the Blackbuck. I’d like to chase these critters and it looks like a twenty five oh six using 120 grainers would be a great choice.
What lake?
What poundage is your bow ?
50#
I want to try this
they didnt look so wild to me.
This a game reach (fenced in) 100%.
Next, fishing from a barrel. Stay tuned
A Hunter A Bacon 🥓 maker (Recurve Bow) and some HOGS ! 🐗🏹
they look extremly calm for you beeing there, also the amount looks weird. have never seen someone walking straight up to one that close and not spooking them. the fence is fishy as well
I agree!!! Looks like they have never been pressured!!!!
Not being a hater...I was just extremely surprised you were able to slide on your butt through the leaves like that without spooking em. Havent been able to hunt one myself yet so all I know is what I've heard but I thought they were way more skiddish. Your footage is incredible as is your bow.
Why you using ur hand under it like that
How else would I have done it?
How many lbs do you have on this video?
Shooting 55#
Try using solid 2 blade single bevel broadheads, 1"-1.5" wide. It will really open the hogs up, tons of blood to follow!
I will definitely give them a try, I appreciate the advice.
Can you recommend a specific model?
I prefer a 2 blade fixed broadhead regardless of the game.
That’s a great choice. Happy hunting
Just havnt had the best results with expandables. But the 2 fixed, a d trocar 3 blade are good ole reliable options. Happy hunting to you as well sir. Have a good one
@@YOURMOMCALLSME thank you!
What outfitter did you use for this hunt?
I'm going to say I always assumed that you got that close to a wild boar that they would charge you
This is probably a game farm the hogs see a lot of people
Good thing they are tame and keep allowing you to get close. Nothing wild boar about that
It’s a real good thing. Thanks for watching
I told u I was gunna support
Thank you!!
Excellent Hunt! 🏹🐗 ! Get a wind detector get a side quiver for your bow and continue hunting! Enjoy!
Thanks for watching Jack! I appreciate the advice.
@@RoyalCreekProductions don't let anyone tell you to get rid of your back quiver! They will never understand sadly.
Freakin laughable 🙄
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching
Lol I was thinking the same, this guy hunting his paw paw's pet hogs
@@scarthebadguy yup…hunting pets is always fun
@@JB-ig5pk I had a great time, thanks for commenting!
Nice work man - looks super fun. I've hunted hogs and never experienced them letting someone get close like over and over. Lucky.
Thank you! It was a great hunting trip
Great hunt, I used to reside in the great state of PA, love it still. Now reside in Massachusetts, turkey hunt now in mass, NY, CT and NH. Can't get enough of chasing those big birds. Tks fir sharing.
Thank you watching and good luck this upcoming season!
What place is that in south texas ?
That was at the 479 Ranch
For your first , that is a nice shot. Practice makes perfect :)
Thank you
That fawn was bucking in excitement
Yes he was. We had a great time watching him and enjoying him
Two!!
I was not looking for a bunch of dead animals on my for you page
I wasn’t looking for your comment on my page, and yet here we are. In all seriousness, thanks for watching. I hope you have a great day!
AWESOME !!!!!
I picking up (for my 75th birthday next April) A custom built Flintlock 50 Cal. built by John Anderson of Tullahoma , Tenn. Plan to put it to good use putting some venison in my freezer 2023-24 Season...
I love it and I love your plan! Good luck, send us pictures of your success.
Nice job! I thought he would have dropped faster with that shot.
Thank you for watching. I agree, the further he ran I began to question my shot placement. Turns out he was just tough
@Royal Creek Productions some hogs can take unbelievable punishment/damage while others will drop in their tracks from a .22 lr doesn't make sense but that's hunting hogs for ya. 👍 👍 brought back memories
Didn't need the 80s porn music!
😂 your input has been noted and that won’t happen again
I'm a local bow fisher too lets link up, let's kill some rays and sneakhead. Im Southern AACO MD
Let’s do it!!

No👎bow fishing 🐟😠 it.s bad❌❌
I appreciate you watching and supporting our channel. Bowfishing is a great way to cull cownose rays and many other fish that we use for eating.
Bow fishing is badass dont be silly
🎣🐟🐠🐟🐠🐟🐠‼️
It was a great time!
Awesome video! Been hoping to make it down there one day soon! But it hasn’t happened. 😂 Love Pensacola.
Thanks for watching! Good luck when you get down there! We loved it down there.
Con/grad, sweet 🦌
Thank you Larry!
I love flintlock hunting in Pa. However my shooting is at 50 yards. I have been to the range & used different powder loads with round ball. At 50 yards with 90 grains of powder bull eye. 120 grains at 50 yards I’m 12” high. I guess my question is how do you know how many grains of powder to put in the gun when you’re not sure how far the deer‘s gonna be?
Nick uses an adjustable rear sight. He spends a lot of time at the range and is accurate and consistent to ranges up to 350 yards. He never hunts animals at that distance but routinely practices that to stay sharp while in the field.
Thank you, on old iron site it covers the whole deer. He must practice a lot . 👍 Love the footage, nice & clear.
When Nick shot the deer at 200 yards, how many grains of powder is he using & this it a round ball ?
Thanks for watching Larry. Nick was using 120gr 3f and 260gr sabot.
Thank you
Awesome game plan after a slow morning and adjustments on the fly. Beautiful hunt & great video. Congratulations.
Thank you! Turkey hunting has always been a challenge for me. Learning to adapt to each bird has been a game changer and improved my success rate. How was your turkey season?
@@RoyalCreekProductions We’ve only turkey hunted the last couple years and still have a lot to learn. Got a group of 4-5 within 60/70 yards each of the last two days of our West Virginia season but didn’t quite get it done. Thank you!
@@CountyLineAdventures keep at it, you'll gey one!
