On this trip we head out with two teams and full sleds during another warm early spring. Our goal is the Grand Portage near Lake Superior.

This is the narrow section along the ridge that all the blogs and trail guides talk about. We lucked out and had perfect weather for the ridge walk. This wasn't that difficult just needed to watch our foot placement and take a little extra time.
