All great except for dead bug as with apt the back will not stay on the floor 🙄
I found it helpful after having wristpain for foour months after lifting a stuck soffa out of car. orthopedic wrist has not helped, then it started locking of thumbs, today I left my x-rays of wrist. Locking was worrying.
Where do you even start with the small foot exercise if you don't seem to be able to move the foot at all without curling the toes?
Its actually quite difficult, just keep visualising the movement and it will come!
My problem is I have it in both hands.....so massaging my own arm is painful either way. :(

I've been battling with this for over a month now. And decided to seek second opinion from the drugs and visited a physiotherapist. She gave me some massages and I felt better . 8 hours later watching your video and it specifically addresses my pain. And I feel better practicing what you showing. It's really working for me. I hope it ceases completely soon. Thanks

I stopped going to gym due to lumber lordosis It has been more than 3 months Can i join the gym back but i still have some pain when i lift weights over my head

Yes the pain is gone now take rest and sleep on floor avoid sleeping on soft beds because it harms ur spine
It took me 6 to 8 months and I stoped lifting weights over my head and did cobra sketch and few yoga asanas for poster correct of my back

your exercises are not very good, you will not see good results with them. Because carpal tunnel syndrome problems are due to the cervical spine, which it communicates with through tendons. These tendons are no longer stretched, but tighten at the wrists, which is why they block the palms/hands. Can someone use cold compress on the painful area?
I'm not a professional but my physical therapist said either 20 minutes of cold compress or 5 minutes of ice message. I also like to use heat, especially warm Epsom salts soak.

Hey David! It's been 3 years, have you healed? I got my TE injury from doing reverse curls with 25 lbs weight (same as for curls), I put a strain on my ligament and never been able to heal since. It's been 3 months. The pain is excruciating
well at least you got your looks, I've strained mine and I'm bloody ugly af. Some ppl say it can last over a year.
