Why are you not any cleaner or degreaser at 1st?
Can you upload a video how to prepare the donor sole and Midway.. I see only clean and fresh donors..
Very good video, !also nice to see that you use also a dremel .👍🏼 I thought that i was the only perfectionist that use the dremel.., to repair,give them new 2ndlive ., to my am 1 & 90 from 2005 till 2017 . Soles+ middoles are destroyed ,and rubber sole have : " dryrot" of the rubber .they call it...his is the new plastic surgery😂..

Hi Josh, unfortunately you cannot purchase new outsoles from Nike, the way we do it is find cheap pairs on eBay etc and remove them.

INCREDIBLE work. One of the most satisfying restorations I’ve ever seen. I have a few pairs of AM1 that need some work but I’m on the fence if I want to try and do it myself

Nice work :D How do you remove the sole from the midsole without damaging the midsole, pls? I have a newish pr of AM Correlate with failed midsoles (crumbling) the sole and uppers are as new, I have some donation IVO's (same sole) with good midsoles but worn uppers & sole tread :)
Hi, acetone and heat are your friend. If your uppers are suede or canvas only use heat
How do you paint the midsole? Every time I have wore mines after painting them. The paint starts cracking. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Hi David, start with very light coats and make sure the coats are fully dry before applying the next coat
They should of just made em able to remove the over shoe bag thingy lol. But I guess that made sense

@sneakersurgery4586 raleigh or Angelus? Or is there another brand? During wear, the color tends to come off in stressed areas. Eg on the heel or where the sole bends when walking

I have a ruined set of 90's Desert Ocres, and another premium suede pair, woudl love to them back one day, i will always hold onto these uppers, love em, great video.

Got some myself a pair I tried the Angelus Flat White but it doesn’t match. How did you get the correct mix?
Hi Luke, you'll find when bought brand new this pair ice white and over time of wearing they go an egg shell white which can be hard to match. If doing a full restoration where every panel is painted, we just re paint white without need to match the old colour.

How do you prevent the heel tab and the white part of the midsole from cracking? Do you add something to the white paint? I've tried doing this and it starts to crack after wearing them a couple times. Thanks!!
Your paint is applied to thick, I also use scratch resistant sealer
