Hi, every time when I remove the $ sign from my table, like you mentioned, it reappears after clicking apply or okay. It looks likes its default behavior is not to allow relative movement for row expansion. I am not sure why this is happening. Appreciate your help.

Can you clarify why you ran Price on the "X" axis and "Volume" on the Y" axis (since demand curve usually is flipped with Price on the "Y"). If you flip the ordering, it doesn't create a polynomial but a linear equation. How do you know doing it your method is the correct approach? Thanks for clarifying. Love the idea.

I have been having an issue with the subtotal function. I have a spreadsheet of clients with service’s they have used for the month. I sort the data in to alphabetical order and then use the subtotal function. The majority of the data is subtotalled correctly but one or two rows end up in the following clients subtotal data. I missed this today so ended up over charging the client that followed. This has been happening for a few months now 😢 any suggestions would be welcome 🙏🏻

This is exactly what I'm looking for, But I doo have one problem tho. Okay soo since I have future data too input, a lot of the columns are empty. So what happens is the "current streak" starts counting the empty columns as 1,2,3,4,5,6 and so on. It'll get fixed once I input the W and or L. Soo my question is, is there anyway I can write something in the formula, soo for example =if(G7=0,'') And than write the rest of the code. I'm not exactly sure how too write it properly, if you can help me out I would really appreciate it thank you. Edit: I've figured it out. Soo the formal I used is, =IF(B19="W",1+Bj8,0). The formula for your chart in the video would be, =IF(G6="W",1+H5,0). And than just drag the formula down. Thank you for the video, it helped me a lot. And hopefully my comment can help someone else. :)

Hello, Dr. Winston, hope all is well with you these days. I just subscribed to this channel this morning and I see this video is from "darker times" (smack dab in the middle of the Pandemic). I have proofread and edited documents as part of my professional duties for almost ten years, so I see and question things that most probably do not. I'm mentioning this to let you know my comment below is strictly on a professional observational level. The video title is "Using Excel to Explain the SIR Epidemic Model", however, in the first ten seconds or so of the video, the text on screen states "EXPLAINING THE SIR PANDEMIC MODEL". As a proofreader, I would recommend using the same descriptors throughout a document (or presentation) to keep everything understandable for the intended audience. I'm going to be watching more of your videos over the weekend, and I'll decide if I will be taking your Master class. Thank you for this series, I'm looking forward to learning more about Excel.
