@stephenroberts668 Hi, we use this one from Asda in the motorhome. It's only 1.5 litres, we have to do two rounds of fries in it, one for the kids and one for us. Definitely recommend this site if you are ever there again. And at least the roads are all flat from Calais 😂 largest climb was only 90ft!

It really was! Definitely recommend. Best to check the website as the price will depend on how many people are staying on the pitch. There are different types of pitches too. Ours was just over €100 per night 😊

We hit 42 on our last day at Alannia! A couple of days later there was a tornado a bit further south, we had headed north by that point thankfully. Crazy weather! But definitely warm :)

I don't feel ready to change vans yet, but next time we start looking, we will be trying for a larger garage. If it's possible, we might both need to do our C Class to get the size and layout that we need.

Thank you, we are really enjoying the beach we're we are right now. Spent a lot of time on there, rock pooling and building sandcastles. Dad bought a fishing rod and a net yesterday, so the kids have had fun with those today 😊

They have had lots of practice! But screentime does definitely help. We drive when they are tired anyway, otherwise they will sleep anyway, and bedtime will be a nightmare. We make sure we have space for toys, but they seem to enjoy just being outdoors and playing at the beach or the park. Booking somewhere with a good playpark is a must for us. We do have overnight parkups sometimes, and try to find somewhere with a nice walk or somewhere to explore, if we are staying there for a while 😊

It really was a beautiful little village. Brêmes, near Calais and the campsite we stayed at was Camping le Courtil Rose.

It's such a shame isn't it! Thank you, we aren't letting it dampen our holiday fun 😊
