Does Brian eat. Fresh fruit? What other foods are a part of his plan?
Hi. You can find all the details on Bryan's Blueprint, including all the recipes for what he eats, at protocol.bryanjohnson.com/
If you can take care of ur inner game Ypur inner game will take care your outer game back ❤
I love the concept of ‘stop self harm’. I do that eating late at night that Bryan mentioned in this video.
world peace will be achieved by everybody a sleep alone by 8 : 30 eating sweet potato & veg and get laser treatments lol
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE PROPAGANDA AND PROMOITION, not good! ) good job on nutrition promotion
I have my own project and have done for years now which in a round about way is very aligned with what Bryan is doing. Listening to him speak is a comfort as it’s what I’ve been focusing on. I have a slightly different approach but with very similar intentions. I also bring in some aspects he’s not been focusing on. I’m currently writing a book with my summary of it so far.... wow. The most inspiring man at this moment for me!! X
I would like to read it! 😮
@@graeshoppa9998 one day I hope you will :)
There are soooooo many REAL gems that Bryan shares it’s hard to quote them all. Bryan for President! Our world needs to pull its self-sabotaging self-harming head out of its as*!! Only gap is Bryan honoring his creator. Love his misssions! Can’t wait to keep implementing! We are one, let’s act like it and save ourselves together! ❤
I love what Bryan is doing, but he doesn't really talk about negative effects of technology on longevity. are our eyes and ears damaged by cell phone use? are we affected negatively by wifi and 5g radiation? what about microplastics? poor air quality? arsenic? radon?
He might well be his 17yr old equivalent in certain tests however he still has a lot of damage in his body accumulated over the years of life that needs to be repaired or regenerated. Damage repair is number 1 priority. Definitely get Bryan on again for an update. Subscribed!
It's not Kurzweil but Aubrey de Grey who coined the LEV term.
Thanks for letting me know. -Will
Its a shame that content like this gets only 300 views.....and some tiktok nonsense gets a million view.... Its always great to listen to Vinod
Thanks Bidya. Much appreciated.

This is great. Thanks Bryan and Will for the chat. LIke everything in life, life extension takes commitment and obsession and shedding social norms.
Have you looked at Glycocalyx Structure for it is a very big thing in protecting the endothelial cells?
Turn up your microphones. Great content, but hard to hear on the drive to work.
Sinclair believes that in the foreseeable future, it's possible for humans to live beyond 120 or even 150, without the frailty, diseases and disability we now associate with old age. See your result and tell the same experience. Obviously, nobody can live forever, but I feel like we can live a lot longer, so why not slow our age rather than age slowing us down? This is why I am constantly taking Dr. Sinclair’s NMN, a NAD booster and indeed a health provider. With NMN Vitruvin Nutrition (500mg) a day every morning with protein drink and Greek yogurt, it has radically changed everything. All sorts of problems have disappeared. What some people don't understand about reversing aging is not just about extending quantity but rather improving quality of life. I would rather live 90 years feeling like in my twenties the whole time, than to live in pain, lack of strength, flexibility and energy half of that lifespan. Only a young ignorant fools or religious fanatics would be against something so good and logical for humankind.
18:30 Dr Sinclair makes a vague reference to Dr Charles Brenner. Probably the most acknowledgement Brenner has ever gotten from Sinclair.
Does Sinclair ever admit his financial interests?
He doesn’t have any. Look up sirtris pharmacuticals
You cannot wholly reverse aging-it's a normal part of life. However, you may be able to slow it down and help prevent age-related diseases by adopting a healthy lifestyle. That includes habits like eating a healthy diet, wearing sunscreen every day, and exercising. Especially for us women, we tend to look more stressed and weaker as we age. Everything appears to speed up in our perceptions as we get older. Your body needs all the help it can get. So, for me, I take Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (Vitruvin Nutrition 500mg) every morning with a protein drink and some Greek yogurt. It has radically changed everything. All sorts of problems have mostly disappeared. I have lots of energy. My vision is better, aches and pain are almost gone, and my mental clarity is pretty well. At 75, that’s not shabby.
The EppyGenome can go f* itself for all it's worth if u ask me. I'm out of here as soon as I can. Not gonna do the aging sh*t when I can avoid it. But I'm happy for the future generations who will benefit from this research.
HGA1C is a 3 month blood glucose marker, not 1 month as SInclair has said here...unless I didn't hear him correctly?
Yes HbA1c (Glycosylated Hemoglobin) is a 3-month blood glucose marker
@@iSon25 pretty sure Sinclair said 1 mo, but we know it's 3mos. He must know this, but simply misspoke.
Cannot find that book title 'You Are Not Your Ego' ...does not seem to exist. So...he must have that title wrong. He seemed to indicate the author, but although I re-listened several times, @ a slower rate...all I could discerne was a first name, 'Serena', but the last name was mumbled, so outta luck there in trying to find that book he referenced :/
WHA!?? Did Sinclair just say, 'I did get a girlfriend, and that helped!" (to increase his T levels)... DId I hear him correctly?🙄
He is a total clown!!
Sinclair is a fraud. You may be the last one to know that. Real scientists know Sinclair is a charlatan. Resveratrol has been proven to be worthless yet he keeps pushing it. Why?
No one can stop universal aging or entropy but maybe possibly slowing it down.
Yeah, in the very long term (billions of years) it looks like entropy of the degree that makes life impossible cannot be avoided (though that's so far in the future that today's understanding of physics will probably be overturned billions of years before that). But on the individual level, organisms are not closed systems. They can "stop" (export) entropy virtually indefinitely (bound only by the billion-year span of external entropy).
True in a physics sense, you can't stop entropy, but that doesn't mean you can't fix the damage it does. You can maintain a car indefinitely although entropy continues to occur. That is what is being suggested here.
On testosterone: I'm dealing with trying to optimize as my free T is low while T is high (both outside of ref. range). SHBG is high too which might explain the low free T. I eat mostly vegan too with a bit of fish, and consume a lot of oleic acid across dark choc, avocado, EVOO, olive. And TRE. But found in literature that oleic acid can raise SHBG which in turn lowers T conversion to fT. looking at many dietary influences, making changes and retesting. Haven't solved the fT and high SSHBG yet but working towards that. T is highly circadian though, and tends to be highest around 8 to 9a. So test at same time when retesting. Separately, I've experimented with no alcohol and found big improvements in sleep and how I feel on waking, wo will likely just become a true social drinker and stop daily.
Let med know if you can lower SHBG. Similar story here, I just started 3mg Boron daily.
hop my left eye can still see by d time...
I have always been fascinated with the human body & the design thinking around prevention. Thank you, for this amazing interview. It is a joyous time for precision dentistry & medicine. There is the abundance factor here for those who choose it. Thank you KittyHawk.
Any chance you could share with us the longevity and age reversal routine Peter gave you ?Thanks
