SCHRAMM film soundtrack LP spinning!
Переглядів 19Місяць тому
This is such a cool and important LP that I felt it was deserving of its own video. SCHRAMM is an insanely feverish and original take on the serial killer genre directed by Jörg Buttgereit. Available on just about every format
Greetings from the Salton Sea remix

I made this video a few years ago. It had a longer CRT intro so I used a shorter one. While I was in the file decided to tweak a few things. If yoo find this videos even remotely interesting please like, share and subscribe. Thank you.

The Beyond location number two: Emily’s House
Переглядів 24Місяць тому
Another video of filming locations from one of my favorite Lucio Fulci films; The Beyond. This one was the house used for the Emily character. It is located in the lower Garden District in New Orleans, Louisiana. If it ever goes up for sale, I would love to buy it I actually parked my car in the same exact spot where Liza is parked. I did incorporate footage from the actual film with what I rec...

St. Louis Cemetery No. 1 visit
Переглядів 3Місяць тому
This edit of short videos and photos are from my recent trip to this incredible cemetery in New Orleans. Videotaping is generally not allowed… I snuck a couple of quick video shots in while it was setting up pictures which is why there are more pictures than video. I tried to balance being respectful to rules and getting the footage I need. Music by Dead Can Dance Enjoy.

I was listening to some of the KPM stock music recordings and recognized The Bishop's theme music as "Superperformance" by David Lindup. ua-cam.com/video/mX0HEeuajzQ/v-deo.htmlsi=FwecLezTIgqEp8r4
Honestly the graphics in the beginning is better than a lot of stuff on TV now.
We wuz too late
Thank you!!
I would love to see a feature length slapstick comedy version of this. All full 2 hour runtime. 😂
I whole-hartedly agree.
JP is Always my favorite Tour when they come to Dallas
Imagine...The Bishop as a feature film directed by Guy Ritchie.
Mr. Devious! 👍🏻🤣
I think you have to be raised Anglican to really relish this. (At least my brother and sister and I were when we first saw it back in the day.) The tough priest bodyguards are worth the price of admission.
I was raised in an entirely agnostic family in Texas, but of course I had friends who went to church, been to weddings and funerals ect. so the whole premise's absurdity and silliness wasn't lost on us. The scene that always gets me is the Christening and all the attendees are the Vercotti family - Italian gangsters apparently there to assassinate the priest, dressed in drag disguise but still with their pencil mustaches. The kid's name, "Francesco Luigi Vercotti." It was the Vercotti brothers who tried to muscle the British Army Colonel into their protection racket in another episode.
@@jkorshak It's the gentle parody of Anglican culture that got us. Famously nerdy Anglican priests swaggering behind a tough crime-solving bishop are only the beginning. Bishops themselves are classically stiff conservative figures who strive to show as little emotion as possible in public. The idea of one jogging about dirty urban streets in full vestments, brandishing the crozier like a nightstick and barking warnings in a working-class accent, well... it meant a lot of grinning eye-contact between us when ours made his annual visit to our church when I was a kid.
@@RobMacKendrick Also liked the nerdy priest pathetically bleating for help from a 2nd story window. On the American side, we appreciated the satire on "gritty" cop and private detective shows common on television for the era where the tough as nails star is always breaking up organized crime operations, solving mysterious deaths, stopping crime ridden plots, and generally bringing bad guys to justice.
Ode a lay Me!!!@@@@❤
Sexy OG's......OC style
Richtig geil!😎💯
Total geil gemacht! Ich liebe den Film schöne Grüße aus Deutschland
As a fan of shows like the Prisoner and the Avengers, the title sequence absolutely floors me every time
We was too late.
What’s the name of the opening song?
Don't say the kids name, Vic! 😂
Terry Jones was always my favorite Python, and this is just one of the reasons why
Terry Jones has always been the "greasy" Python, and I love him 😅
Robert Howard was a pure Texan and a true American.
That would made one hell of a tv crime drama series lol. Imagine the bishop rushing to a church to foil its use and shape as an anti ballistic missile. After its launch The Bishop crosses himself as the smoke blackens his face.
Thank you very much for the upload!
The Bishop skit is just brilliant.
"Peter Gunn" music while walking down the street, smoking fags, and bumping into civilians. Priceless MP!
Hilarious stuff. I love this skit. Walking down the street smoking and bumping into people all to the theme from the old Peter Gunn show. Too much.
A Quinn Martin production-like 😂😂😂
Are you sure this is a Python sketch and not something made by Lew Grade's ITC?????
We was too late!
The Reverend Neuk saw the light...😇
Neat ❤❤❤
The opening credits are hilarious.
It's a parody of those title sequences made by Maurice Binder for movies.
Really good fun just a glorious ripoff the avengers the saint ( yes pun intended!!!) and the persuaders! It should be up there with the Spanish inquisition sketch !
i rember this I was twelve thirteen Fucking good times aye
Now we know the inspiration for Reservoir Dogs
The Bishop in full regalia,so that everyone knows what a crook looks like.
Were the opening credits based on an actual show?
The Saint
Ironside
Anybody else noticed the run time on this video is 420? Hmmm...
Truinternpressure!
The etsy link doesn't work. Where can I buy this?
This is so Anglican I can smell the pews.

What a Brilliant Intro. So spot on. I wish they did a regular series skit.
Audience was prolly like “wtf?!” When jones ran in out of nowhere dressed a bishop
Don't say da kid's name, Vic!!!
Seriously this skit is so underrated!
Never gets old or stale, love the Pythons ❤☘️
This was hysterical to me as a catholic school kid. The Bishop in a Firebird convertible made it extra cool. I wish i could find the intro music somewhere
David Lindup - "Superformance"
@@martinhowlett9550 and later they walk to Peter Gunn theme

I gonna say that Monty Python's The Bishop intro is good 😂😂😂
8, what else?😆
that Bishop means business! He told me to say 500 Hail Mary's or I was gonna die in hell!
Fabulous!
