Did the Pixel Remasters not include that awesome CGI intro from the PS1 ports???? Do NONE of the games have the PS1 CGI cutscenes in this collection???

I'm as enthralled by this intro as I was on the NES version. Perhaps even more now.

The temptation to hire a world-class Adele like singer to do this part must've been immense. To instead have someone sing it in an amateurish way, because it fits the Celes character, sounds worse but makes the scene work 10x better. Celes is a general, not a professional opera singer. Kudos to whoever made this decision. It makes the 10 year old me that heard the garbled SNES "singing" so happy.

I just began to play ff6 & this theme is amazing, sad but has hope at the same time, she was controlled for long then freed, imagine what she felt without having any friends, a past or purpose in life...

Rydia is my favorite teammate in Final Fantasy 4. I said on a trophy forum after getting my Platinum for the Pixel Remaster version (PS4) that she goes from having a childhood tragedy to growing up to become a badass summoner right before our eyes... literally. I mean, we pretty much watch her transform over the game as well as rise above tragedy and even hate. And fend off flirting from a hotheaded ninja in Edge... let's not forget that!

When I learned this is just Locke's theme, but sad, it became so heartbreaking. Even when it already was extremely sad.

She's such a manipulative little brat, which is probably good considering the world she lives in. You don't want to be a normal kid in the world of ruin, you gotta be willing to pull some bs if you want to survive. Relm has that sort of Carl Grimes thing where you feel bad that any little kid would have to live in a world like that, but it also makes them kinda scary.

My first FF game, rpg, and jrpg. Course it was on the Snes, so yeah im old😂 just turned 40. Never played the DS version and the remake for advance was too easy for my taste. Amazing music all and all.

Looks like you fought Zeromus at a higher level than I. Fighting him at a lower level requires timing Rydia's black magic to weaken Zeromus' Big Bang.

BAM He was a lot harder in the original SNES version, he was literally meant for you to be like OH SHIT super boss moment. One of the best things ever made, FF went hard.
