HOW TO MAKE GARLIC NAAN BREAD - Without Tandoor or Oven
Hi Guys
Welcome back to KK's Kitchen, Today we are making Garlic Naan Bread Without Yeast, Oven or Tandoor. it's very simple recipe & method, So please watch the whole video and make it yourself at home.
Naan Dough
250gm Flour
100ml Milk
2Tb yogurt (1 Egg is recommended instead of yogurt)
5gm Baking powder
3gm Baking Soda
3gm Salt(can be increase or decrease as per taste)
10gm Sugar
10ml Oil
5gm onion powder (Nigella seed is recommended if its available to you)
20gm Fresh Chopped coriander
20gm Fresh chopped garlic
Note - Add the milk gradually so you can control the dough stiffness so you don't have to add up more later as i have added to get the right constancy.

Hi Maya. If u using a mixer then 8 to 9 minutes makesure the final dough feels and looks smooth...its all about developing the dough well for good lift and texture in the bread. Happy baking
