Install glowworm condensate pump in a Worcester Bosch 440CDi highflow green star boiler
This is how I installed a Glow-Worm condensate pump in a Worscester Bosh boiler to save a lot of money. They are exactly the same condensate pump but the glowworm version is nearly a third of the price. Disclaimer: You should be gas safe registered to carry out any boiler repairs, but hopefully this video will be useful for qualified installers. Cheers.

What happens to the third cable from the glowworm pump please? And isn't there another cable for the level switch are they the same? I ask as none of thd heating engineers I contact will deviate from using the WB pump, I will have to do it myself
Hi. I did this but the d5 code is still on? Any ideas?
Mine doesn’t seem to be working, I was told replacing it could be very expensive, so I like to see that there is an alternative! I managed to suck out the water, but once the boiler was up and running again, it’s actually filled up again quite fast
Thanks. Did this and working great. We all owe you a drink😂
Thanks for posting this! I've just swapped my pump out and saved £250 by not buying the Worcester Bosch version. 👍🏻
I really wish I had seen this before I spent £300 on a Worcester Bosch pump! 🤣 Thanks for the helpful video though!! 👍🏻
Hey. I did the same !, nice video , I even did a video on how to do it in depth but UA-cam removed it , hope you video stays up to help people
Hi, I wondered what model number is the new pump please and also I can see you chopped off the cable to get a live and neutral, but what connector is on the other black wire that comes out of the new pump. Is that terminated the same was as the original Worcester part?
Same question I have
