She also is at an angle here and clearly has done her makeup differently than she used to ( contouring her nose and cheeks mostly) not to mention it’s been 4 years and someone’s face can change over time if you look at other people’s videos of her from the tour you’ll see that at a normal angle she looks like she usually does

She stoped smoking a while ago so that might contribute to her voice being different sounding depending on when your comparing her voice to, she’s also done her makeup differently than she used to and has gained a. little weight and is older ( obviously not bad things but they can slightly change how someone looks) also if you look at a front facing angle of her face in other videos from the tour you can see that she actually looks pretty much the same as she used to

Well the combination of the camera angle and lighting , her makeup (she has contour and highlight on her nose and cheeks), her bangs being cut differently, the fact that it’s been roughly 4 years since she’s been seen without the mask and has gained a bit of weight (not a bad thing obviously but it can slightly affect how your face looks) all contribute to her face looking slightly different but if you look at videos from this tour where she’s at a front facing angle she looks pretty much the same as she usually does
