Ich mein für die Dorsalextension, okay indem der Anwender langsam in die Knie geht bis sich die Ferse löst. Aber für die Plantarflexion ist das im Stehen doch schlicht weg unmöglich, sonst würde der Anwender doch nach hinten umfallen.
