@da_zom_b3270 yes you went back with the lighter and tried using it by itself i think. It didn't work but it should have. I don't know for sure if the candle works. What a game and what a player. If you mix a green herb with a red it gives you max healing, the equivalent of 3 green herbs i believe.

@@jamessmith8727 Yes, I definitely went back, but it didn't work somehow. I guess I missed something or didn't do it correctly. Yes, I like this game mechanism of mixing herbs, like in Harry Potter, to create potions that have different effects on you. 😋

Haha, Carlos coming back for Jill is definitely something I’ll always remember! I know there are multiple endings, but it was still surprising. Honestly, I felt like we had way too many bullets throughout the game, but I think that’s great-it definitely made it one of the top games on my list 😁

Please recommend some classic games I can play from any platform for my next video! And yes, I’m already planning to play Resident Evil 4, lol. Fun fact: that was the first Resident Evil game I ever played and finished back in the day, but honestly, it’s my least favorite. The classic Resident Evil 1 - 3 is absolutely amazing, and, to be honest, I think I actually prefer the PS1 graphics now-not even joking. 😅

@@da_zom_b3270 i was a big fan of resident evil 1-3 and never played the others. I realise they want to continue the story of the mutations which is cool but i was satisfied with everything up to nemesis. If you play res 4 i will definitely watch you. Not a classic yet but project zomboid was another zombie game i thoroughly enjoyed and would be fun to watch you. I will have to think of another retro game. i am thinking of one but I can't remember the name right this second. You get the boutique key for completing the game and can change your outfits in the boutique building near the start of the game, if i am not mistaken. Did you play resident evil 1 for your channel?

@da_zom_b3270 Alone in the Dark 2008 Atari xbox 360. That is the game i was thinking of. The puzzles can be quite hard in that too. I remember getting very stuck a few times.

🤣Not gonna lie, I wasn’t expecting him at all, but I had a feeling he’d appear soon in the area. Carrying a grenade launcher all the time isn’t possible due to the limited inventory space, but if there were more room, I’d definitely keep it with me to take down Nemesis whenever I see him. Next time, I’ll definitely pick a fight with him using just a shotgun and pistol to see if I can last more than five seconds lollll.

Haha, thanks, man, I really appreciate it. You’ll see me struggling in some parts of the game, but I can definitely say I can’t lose my habit of exploring every location on the map and trying to interact with hidden items in the areas. I just start pressing the interact button in case I can find bullets, meds, or even written messages that explain the situation with the zombies and stuff-I just love it, lol. I won’t try to speedrun anything. I just started editing my video to cut parts where I die and have to restart from saved areas. 😛 Man, the screen orientation is really something, and opening the map to locate where we are definitely makes me lose my sense of direction sometimes. But playing through these old gem games has helped me understand the layout better. Haha, I love imagining your childhood experiences with the game-the music effects, the horror moments making you jump, and the controller being thrown across the room. 😂 I had difficulty recording the game this time, though. For some reason, the game showed me a black screen whenever I interacted with some items or closed the item bag, so I had to switch devices. There could be a few reasons why the game looks darker for you. Sadly, PS2 games do tend to look darker on modern displays compared to CRTs. You can try adjusting your TV’s brightness and contrast settings, and I read online that changing the PS2's video settings might help too. On the PS2, go to System Configuration > Screen and select either RGB or Y Cb/Pb Cr/Pr to match your TV. For most modern TVs, Y Cb/Pb Cr/Pr works best for brighter colors. Using component cables instead of composite can make a big difference as well, and they’re usually pretty affordable online. Lastly, you could try an HDMI adapter if you’re on a newer TV. I really wish I had a straightforward fix! 🥲 Since I don’t own a PS2 anymore, I can’t test it directly-I played it on my PSP and later emulated it on my PC, so it was a bit different. Let me know if any of this helps!

@ honestly man, thanks for actually responding. I never really was able to fix the issue, since I only tampered with my TV’s display settings, both the average brightness and the custom gamma settings. It maybe got 1% brighter lol. There were 3 or 4 really bad segments where I couldn’t see squat, but ur guide helped soo much.

@@da_zom_b3270 It sure is a blast from the past. The memories come in hard and fast. I remember i was 9 or 10 and the brightness of the old big box of a tv was set unusually low for some reason. So it was dark and I could barely see anything. I had to guess where the zombies were based on the sound lmfao. I had an endless amout of nightmares because of it lol 😂. Worth it. It was the biggest revelation when someone showed me how the brightness on the tv worked. I had the biggest childish smile on my face watching you. Thanks for that ☺️

I watched my video again and, now. I understand which code you’re referring to. I remember getting stuck at the same place. Note that every time you spin the disks, the codes on the pillars will reset. Secondly, you’ll see that there’s a red dot on all three disks; that’s your code's placement. I recommend noting down the red dot's placement on all three disks, then rotating them all at once. Go down, see all the pillar numbers, and write them down in a notepad. Check where the red dot lies in those numbers. For me, it was 823. If you watch the video from 1:12:00, you'll notice I realized that the red dots on the disks are actually the solution, which will not change, but after rotating the disks, the numbers in the pillars themselves will just randomize. I hope this helps! I’m going to pin a new message; if you still don’t understand, I’ll explain again. Thank you for commenting; it made me realize it was really an easy puzzle, but I didn’t understand it right away.

Apologies for the delayed response. I encountered some complications that nearly led to the loss of this UA-cam channel. Additionally, I found myself stuck at a particular section for about two days. Upon closer inspection, I realized that to progress, one needed to rotate the joystick clockwise to close the shutter, visible on the left side of the screen. Since I was playing on a PC, I lacked a gaming controller, making it seemingly impossible to proceed. However, I found a solution by turning my phone into a gaming controller using an Android application (although I can't recall its name now). This workaround worked seamlessly, allowing me to complete the section on my first attempt. Thank you for your comment; I plan to resume uploading content here soon. I hope to be of assistance, despite the lateness of my response.
