I've been doing the deer exercise, kegel exercise, over 30 years. I have complete control over my orgasms and ejaculations. I also will injaculate and still have an orgasm, but retain the ejaculate which is then reserved and not wasted. If done correctly it will not retrograde into bladder either. I had this crap done on me over 10 times in the past few weeks among other worthless movements before I finally canceled future appointments. I'm going back to my doctor tomorrow so he can check me out. Unfortunately the epley maneuver doesn't work for everyone but therapists sure like to take your money. Not anymore, not from me.

I’m currently going through vertigo treatment myself and I have had the epley maneuver done on me several times, though a little modified from what is shown here. I’m currently still dizzy since I had it done on me about 3 times the other day but again not as fast moving as depicted in this video. My therapist used a vertigo machine with goggles to check out my eye movements. The so called crystals were in my horizontal ear canal. As I mentioned, this treatment still makes me rather dizzy and I have to sleep one more night on my back. I have read the normal complaints about the dizziness lasting for a week or more after the treatment and that is a bummer but if that’s the case then it is better than 2 more months. I’m really hoping to not have to go through this epley stuff again because it’s no fun at all.

Keep up the great work! My daughter went to you guys for rehab a while back for a torn meniscus and she fully recovered and continues to do gymnastics. Onward!

Balance Physical Therapy is the best shoulder rehabilitation facility in the area.

I only worked with Mark one time, when he and my regular therapist teamed up to check out a collateral effect of my injury. However, he left a highly positive impression and even though he only met me once, every since he greets my by name each time I bump into him at Balance.

Devesh worked on my neck for several months. To put it simply, he did a great job. He was always very pleasant, explained what was going on thoroughly, and willing to answer questions. He is another example of the great people at Balance.

I am really grateful to Dr. Farahmand for being caring enough to invest in having this machine at Balance PTHPC. Over the last couple years I have been getting PT for two different injuries and their collateral effects. The Alter-G has been an absolutely essential part of rebuilding both my hip & leg muscles, as well as my cardio.
