🏋️♂️ Join me on my 30-day fitness journey! This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout focuses on lower body and core strength!
🏃♂️ Workout Breakdown (5 Rounds):
• Floor Tap Squat: 30 sec work, 10 sec rest
• High Kicks (Kick to Palm): 30 sec work, 10 sec rest
• Forward Reach Push-Ups: 30 sec work, 10 sec rest
• Reaching Double Leg Tuck: 30 sec work, 10 sec rest
• Russian Twist: 30 sec work, 10 sec rest
💪 No equipment needed!
🔥 Repeat the entire sequence for 5 rounds to maximize the burn!
