Here’s a quick breakdown of the recipe: Coconut Creamy Curry Chicken Recipe Ingredients: • 2-3 chicken breasts, diced • 1 large onion, finely chopped • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced (or 1 tsp garlic paste) • 1 tbsp curry powder • 1 tsp chicken masala powder • 1 tsp paprika powder • 1 can (400ml) coconut milk • 2 tbsp crème fraîche • Salt and pepper, to taste To Serve: • Fried rice • Naan bread Instructions: 1. Prepare the Chicken: Season the diced chicken breasts with a pinch of salt and pepper. 2. Sauté Aromatics: Heat a bit of oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onions until translucent, then add the minced garlic (or garlic paste) and cook until fragrant. 3. Add Spices: Stir in the curry powder, chicken masala powder, and paprika powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes to release the flavors. 4. Cook the Chicken: Add the chicken to the pan and cook until browned on all sides. 5. Make the Sauce: Pour in the coconut milk and stir well. I actually did not watch the whole video. I thought it was a bit long. Us humans have a short attention span so a video of this type is best kept between 12-15 minutes. I learned in school to tell them what you're going to tell them, tell them, then tell them what you told them. There were also a lot of different topics mixed into one video. Cooking, Finances, Femininity, and Style. The meal looked delicious, but there was no recipe given. It just didn't flow well, in my opinion. While she was making the points, there were no slides with the topics written. If she studies up on public speaking, she will do well!
