Yes, I did the gear reduction, gytr turbo, tubeworks clutch and a heavy fly wheel. So it does pretty good with climbs and obstacles. Check out the videos from Sandhollow on, I did the upgrades before heading there.

I have it shown at the beginning of the video - Caligula's Horse is the name of the band, a killer progressive metal band from Australia, song is called Graves. I edited it a bit to shorten it up but you should definitely check out the full track. I highly recommend their album The Tide, The Thief and River's End, it is really, really good.

Wow, you have done a lot, that's awesome! Well if you get the GYTR turbo, make sure to get the ALBA tune, it seemed that the turbo was fine at first but after a few months I noticed incredible 'lag' from 5-7k, I think it was trying to run too rich or not enough air...but the ALBA tune cleared it right up. Have fun in them there mountains and hope you can make your way to the Rockies one day!

This video was early on with my YXZ and it was all stock. I did end up getting the gear reduction and the turbo, it changed that machine entirely! The videos from Sand Hollow on has the upgrade.

@@honeybadger784 So far I have installed the SuperATV bumper and winch. Still have to wire it up. Front a-arm guards and nerf bars. I still have the rear a-arm guards and windshield to install.

I would recommend Dubois, a small little town with not a lot going on but a gateway to a lot of great country. Easy to get to Union Pass, Horse Creek, Double Cabin and East Fork. Grab the app OnX and check out the trails!

Congrats, I have the 2017 ss with gear reduction and it’s a blast, you won’t be disappointed.

Haven’t messed with the suspension much, I think it is dialed in pretty good from the factory, meaning it doesn’t feel off balanced at all. I have added weight to the rear because of the racks and carrying my chainsaw around, so I did add an inch worth of spring tension to help raise ride height in the rear. You don’t realize how much the shocks work until you film them!

I think it is a blast riding in Wyoming, a lot of diverse country. There are a lot of trails around where we live, you have the Wind River Mountains which include areas around Lander like Luis Lake Road, Christina Lake, a challenging one called Shoshone Lake. Dubois area has Union Pass, Horse Creek, Bear Creek. That’s where we spend most of our time. Togwotee Pass has the views of the Tetons, tons to ride down in Medicine Bow...list goes on and on. I suggest looking at OnX Offroad, an app you can download to look at trails around the country, we use that a lot. Just need a Wyoming ORV sticker and you are good to go. Thanks for checking it out! So I got that rack from my father-in-law, it was an old gun rack made for 4 Wheelers, I figured it was a great spot for a shovel and axe. I threw it on and ended up running some 1/4" bolts into the hard top to make sure it didn't go anywhere.

Yep, couldn't go very far without her! :)
