great music!
How much cost your work?
A beautifully produced video and even a more beautifully executed job. Total professionalism!
Thats the way
What do they pay in you guys I'm at $30 If you have more than five years experience in your working for less than this and you are ruining all of us that cut you're screwing us all over if you cut for cheap these people are taking advantage of us so I hope that God you guys are getting paid good money these assholes that are working for pennies or screwing the rest of us
I'm surprised that came out without a relief cut nice
Why were there sparks? Was it cutting through rebar or was that just bits of the blade?
Just hitting small rocks & stones within the concrete
@@ownedpatrol that also makes sense
That's how it's done boys is that a welding machine they are using to supply the power to it with the welding leads ground and positive to run the saw.
Anyone else here after watching some guy do this job with a core drill
Yup lol
lol
A very tidy finish, impressive. Now who gets the job of shifting the cut block?
The labourer lol
Fuckin sick.. I only flat saw and core, but definitely want to learn the wall saw..
What country is this in?
I thought buddy with the tape was gonna say it’s 2” too low 😜 nice work !

Such a thin wall. You can make it much faster with hand-held tool 12-16" blade cut off saw.
Obviously you haven't used a hand saw on a wall cut for an opening have you?. You could never have that straight of a cut.. That was a 6 to 8 inch wall.. A 16" blade on a handsaw might get you 5 and a 1/2.
@@billy909420 My point is to use hand-held saw where you can. It makes things faster than setting up a big saw. But if it's 6-8 inch wall I won't argue. The wall just looked thin when I first saw the video. But you did a nice job anyways!
@@whitelex It doesnt take that much extra time to set up the wall saw.
Is it available in uae
A perfect cut, without over cut, how is possible?
Chainsaw or ringsaw corners 👍
I am currently doing this in a basement by myself. Do I need to run extra support for the house above? Or is a header and two bucks good enough?
nobody's talkin because they dont wanna get sued if you die lmao
Same here. What did you do for your house wall?

Professional!!

So many mistakes ...
tom taylor tell me?
Wall saw not needed lol
That will go through the rebar also
How much does a job like this normally cost?
awesome video, subbed to your channel, throw us one back if u get the time sir
3:02 for a second there I thought he was gonna fire it up and cut some freehand lol
So why mount sideways if you could mount vertically? And I try to hit two holes with one anchor. Maybe your anchor to center was just too far off. Couldn't tell by watching
Well.....I'm the real Juan Garcia.......so much impossters
the pentruder rocks out. but this dumb ass didn't trail his arm he pushed it. then set anchors on the out side of opening. so what if you have to make a left hand cut you can step away, not like he's running a 360. then put a 30" blade on for a 6 in wall.
OMG such beautiful job!! I want to work there...

@@SelvanayagiPowertools They did awesome job wearing sandals at a construction job. Where they cut heavy concrete blocks. Bye bye foot.
Nice Video, the classical music is great
Manny Cruzer. it should of only cost you like $140 for that hole?
Nice job bud. i've been cutting for about 15 years now, and there are always new things to be learned. Any reason why you mount on the side of the hole instead of under it. and Nice job with the clean up! lol
Pedro Cordova
Maybe so that the slurry doesn't fall on it?
wall saw/wire saw manufacturer
what is machine name , company produced
That's a pentruder wall saw. They're awesome units I love the way the boots swivel and its 30 hp high cycle. Prob the best wall saw I've ever used.
ua-cam.com/video/ZVw5PM82Cm0/v-deo.html
Is that a pentruder 480v drill?
Love the music and it was like magic..... who admires a military man when we have macho men who work like this doing good things at home in the USA ! We need our soldiers to come back home. You guys rock, walls............lol ... God bless all you do. Please wear a face mask though so you won't breathe in the dust... ? Amazing !!!
Silica will be an issue in the future. I sure agree with Ann.
WOW, that was wonderful to watch !!!
awesome i want to drill a hole in my garage wall, do you thick the walls will hold up this type of machine?
Hello Ogar, it depends on the material and thickness of the wall. If the material is brittle or thin, it can be done with a hand drill or you can mount the machine with a thru bolt, securing it from the back side. Feel free to send me specifics and a picture or two to my email if you want. juan.garcia@pgcutting.com
16" hand saw& ring saw half the set up time and cost for the company
We changed over to that technique about a year ago. Works out great.
Yeah a great trick with that set up is to mount a piece of unistrut or angle iron to the wall and cut about 1 1/2" deep just to get your straight line. It beats just going handheld with no guide. I've cut many openings that were absolutely perfect that way. No deflections, perfectly straight. They looked like they were wall sawed.
+chris jones one more thing tho. It sure sucks ripping rebar with a handsaw especially if you can't use gas equipment.
nice bien
why not hand saw from the outside in? 6 inch. running an 18 in one shot then putting on a bigger blade. too much labor.
I couldn't agree more Hank. Your the best man.
Because it sucks to rip rebar with a handsaw. It takes forever to cut and being a hand held tool fatigue will eat your lunch on production.
Why work like an asshole when you cut it with the wallsaw and have nice straight cuts
Your body will thank you at the end of the day…easier to bolt up than to try and be a hero with a handsaw…
Nice drill.
Right on Juan. Always working hard. Rob from DSI
