Переглядів 3023 роки тому
In this video you will see me making a bench for our dining table. The wood i used is oak and the steel is just mild steel with powder coating. I used a tig welder to weld, and a band saw to make cuts on the steel. The program i used to design the bench is Autodesk Fusion360. Enjoy the video

I have exactly the same lathe as yours, and the same scales. Guess what I’m doing tomorrow! 😀 I want to add a link chain to put the cables in, so they don’t drag around in the chip tray.

Will that keep you from adding a taper attachment in the future? If so is there another place you could mount the scale that would allow the taper attachment and it to operate also?

I plan to do something similar to this. I bought the bottom of a welding cart with the wheels, bought a removable section of drawers from a desk and some angle iron and box tube. My welder is a lincoln Pro Mig 140 amp welder, and it's for flux core or Mig welding.

@@tooljourney That helped a lot. I actually found it but everyone and their brother make it in metric. WEN makes them too, in aluminum. I really want it in carbon steel. Just because I know that’s available. Is yours aluminum? Thanks for replying.

would have placed the bottle off center, so you can't accidently bang the regulator which is sticking out, when moving the cart around Other than that, well done 😁
