i just dont like that huge ass water pickup where its located. Sand is just itching to be sucked up and alarms a blaring. strongly considerating a Susuki as opposed to yamie for a Grady White repower. Thx for your time on these videos.

looking at the 300 susuki. BUT is there anybody flashing the 250 Suzuki? I can deal with 250HP until the warranty expires or comes close to expirering i just wish the lettering was a tad bit smaller

I brought a 2003 skeeter zx225 from a dealer in Louisiana. I cleaned the oxidation up changed the HDs gen 3 units with 3 Lowrance HDs 12 live units used. I upgraded the wiring for the graphs to 8 gauge individual to each unit and my ultrex 36v. All New Ionic batteries. One 36v, one 125ah cranking, and one 125ah for electronics. Boat is super clean. I got new rims and went up one size on the wheels. Motor is flawless. Only thing I don’t have yet is the at2 and power polls. So I feel you on the used boat. I got it for a steal at h&w marine.

Man great choice! Repowering is the way to go with boat prices so high.

Nobody is mentioning narrow cooling channels when used in saltwater..... biggest downside.

I want the maximum speed, so i went for a mercury 115 pro xs. Super happy with the merc. Its running smooth and is faster than other 115 hp motors with the same boat. Strange the merc is quit a bit faster.🤷‍♂️

Just found your channel and everything you’ve done sounds incredible but you’ve never mentioned the trailer ?? I say that because the shape you found the boat in I wonder or I’m curious about the trailer situation. Trailers take a beating and it’s probably one of the most important parts of a boat outfit. Just wondering how you dealt with that part. Great videos I just subscribed !! 👍👍
