Gingerbread House for Christmas
This year me and P have finally decided to pull the trigger on City Super's supply of gingerbread construction kits. The candy and buttery ginger aromas has uplifted our Christmas spirit. Looking forward to baking our own ginger bread house next year because its got us smelling a whole lot like Christmas

went on the short 2 day trip with my family to Zhongshan for fresh grass carp hot pot which had me in a whole new perspective on this fish. Dim Sum was amazing and authentic.

Been seeing a lot of "killer spaghetti" online but restaurants in my area don't serve burnt pasta. Only took one stove and a pan to do it myself and discovered a unique texture like deep fried pasta.
