Guangzhou [ 廣州 ] Travel Diary 2025
Off on a Short trip by High Speed Rail to Guangzhou. Trying out Dim Sum at the Legendary TaoTao Ju, and beautiful Liwan lake venue at Panxi.
Also visited the Very Classy Cantonese Opera area of Yong Qing Fang and did some shopping at the coolest spot on Dong Shan Kou.

This year me and P have finally decided to pull the trigger on City Super's supply of gingerbread construction kits. The candy and buttery ginger aromas have uplifted our Christmas spirit. Looking forward to baking our own ginger bread house next year because it's got us smelling a whole lot like Christmas

went on the short 2 day trip with my family to Zhongshan for fresh grass carp hot pot which had me in a whole new perspective on this fish. Dim Sum was amazing and authentic.

around our kitchen there's always a pineapple lying around being pirates favorite treat. we wait till they turn golden when their ripe and sweetest can be pineapples are said to carry bromelain enzymes that carry anti inflammatory properties also helps better digest protein to recover from muscles soreness so its definitely considered a super food for its beneficial nutrients along with avocado...

Been seeing a lot of "killer spaghetti" online but restaurants in my area don't serve burnt pasta. Only took one stove and a pan to do it myself and discovered a unique texture like deep fried pasta.
