@@3limin4torZockt I started searching for Markaudio on UA-cam because I was thinking about using them as surrounds mounted to a PVC pipe and upfiring, trying to be discrete and all…but listening to this they may be worth using all around. Do you have a sub?

Hello, the main difference is the details, sound of the voices or instruments. Everyting sounds better over the epicons, there is a big difference, not even comparable! The only thing wich sounds about the same is the frequency response and speed.. Greets :)

When i have a better microphone, better music will come! For my current mic, its hard to pick up details, its good to show the frequencys the speakers can master and how massive they sound. 😊 Greets

Yes for the price they are awesome and they are good with every type of music in my opinion. But real 3d sound cost a bit more i think... 😅

@@3limin4torZockt i tried monitor audio 100 7g. Voice sounds like in middle of room, real 3d music instruments coming from everywhere. Only problem sounds abit boring not lush or rich. Do u think 703 is lush,rich,warm,musical?

@@SzymonMelewski Thats hard to say.. I've heard so many speaker even in the 1mio $ range. And i would say its personal preferences. For me the Dali Epicon 2 and the Canton Karat Reference 2 dc i own are more then enough for me. When i heard those expensive speaker i was thinkin thats not worth the price for me. So its hard to say. But a brand wich impressed me heavely was PMC a lot of people also say they have a unreached price/Performance. :) I hope it helped! Greets :)

They do sound like floorstanders in real life. Its a great great speaker, im a big fan now! Can recommend, from the bass to the mids to the highs everything is perfect. Greets ☺

Have you tried them with another amps? Do you feel they need lots of power to sound good? Thinking about tube pp amp to drive them. I have Rel T7i sub for lower octaves and listen at 70-75db max

@@vedranklaic2911 Hmm thats difficult to say, i listen to about 70-85 db and i have a 2 x 50 watts amp and it doesnt sound great in my opinion. Those speakers are not easy to drive with 4 ohms and 85db/W.. I like them the most on my Kinki Studio EX-M1, because it has lots of power. 👍

Great musical choice they sound great. Thinking of pairing with the Cambridge Edge system. Do you have any thoughts?

@@dmd7472 Sry sometimes it doesnt show me the comments idk why. So i only have a cambridge amp for like 500 dollars so i cant say you how they performe with the Epicons in the higher price range! But i think it has to sound great, cant make anything wrong with Cambridge, they make very solid amps! Greets :)

Yeah its not that great but also not that bad... They get pretty loud and its okay for 200 dollars..

@@arnonym823 Also mittlerweile würde ich nur noch Geschlossene kaufen. Ich finde die klingen viel präziser. Bei bassreflex hat man meistens immer ein dröhnen im Zimmer also bei mir ist es so. Deswegen habe ich auch das Bassreflexrohr zugestopft. Kling viel besser! Fg

@@jou1969 i replaced my Cambridge AXR 100 with the Vincent Sv400. I really have to say the Cambridge is really really good for its money, but the difference to the Vincent is big in my opinion, the Vincent is much better, its worth every penny. Greets :)
