If you’re watching this and having a lot of trouble reinstalling the clips, you might have put your bulb in with the wrong orientation. The notches on the lip of the bulb face the top, rounded part of the silver metal socket. The ceramic tube faces down, toward the squared part of the silver metal socket. Once I got that right the clips were incredibly easy to pop back on.

Hi! I know it's an older video, but do you have maybe pictures about the low beam pattern from a similar distance where the car stands in the video? Why I'm asking is that I just realized that Volvo used xenon bulbs in reflector type headlights instead of projectors, and I would be curious about the low beam pattern. I tried to frame it from the video, but the focus is not on the wall. Thanks again! :)

Back problems can be avoided by this one simple trick... But more on later. Very clean build. However, those amps are going to need a bit of cooling in the summertime. Winter, I doubt there will be any problems with how cool it is over there on average. Its a nice build for a daily driver. And you did a very good job for a nice clean build. With that said, about those back problems... DO NOT DATE AMERICAN GIRLS!

Hi! Im planning to swap my 940 to T5 with the 37DZ gearbox and i have one question about the driveshaft. Redblock M90 has that same 3 bolt flange on the gearbox and the driveshaft also. So do i still need to change the M47 driveshaft or am i good to go with the 3 bolt M90 driveshaft? And btw very nice videos and very informative! Greetings from Finland!

Mine is 3.0 960 so i guess wires are different than on 740, i bought 850T5 wireloom and removed all wires i dont need, following closely your steps, only problem i have i dont understand where does the oil pressure, RPM wire from ECU box goes to speedometer? Thank you so much! Do you use Revolut (online banking) will buy you beer (or few liters of petrol) 😀

I have question, where did you join wires that come from t5 loom through firewall i took all wires i need, temp guage, starter wire etc, i dont see in your videos how you joined them and where? Did you joined them to fuse box that is inside car? For example ECU power cable blue/red? Thanks

Good luck with new project!! Yesterday i prepared wireloom for my 960, now all i need is engine, wireloom is ready to go on engine and interior wireloom prepared like tou showed in your previous videos! I have kess wires than you had but hopefully it will work!

And also, is it fine to make the system works with a single fuel pump? Thanks
