One of the best videos on anxiety and the explanation of it’s source. Only God can heal the broken heart and bring true peace and rest. A peaceful heart brings peaceful emotions which brings a peaceful mind and then a peaceful body. When the body is truly at rest it can naturally heal itself.

Recently God showed me that I thóught I laid down my reputation and surrendered it all to Jesus, but even that 'laying down' and 'surrendering' was part of protecting my reputation. It was still the ego, creating the image of the unselfish, loving, christian woman, who tried to surrender her own will in every situation. It was still all about ME, keeping up appearances, trying to feel valuable! The ego really disguises itself as an angel of light! The moment I saw through it, it lost its power. Now I very quickly recognize when I'm trying to save face. It used to give me a feeling of being in control; now it feels like something is off... and I gladly surrender it to Jesus!
