Does anyone know what the shed on the right of the screen from 0:40 to 0:50 that cars boarding the ferry go through is for and what the portakabin next to it is for?

On May 9 2009 it was the fourth time that the flowers were laid at the Varyag monument. In 2006 a memorial tablet in memory of the Varyag was placed on the Lendalfoot coast. In 2007 a bronze cross was unveiled at a spot near to where the ship sank and was attended by Navy top brass and politicians. And in 2008 a group of people from the former Soviet Union have established a tradition to pay respects to the legendary Russian ship every year on May 9, at a Victory day of the World War II.
