The goal of this podcast is to have a wide variety of people all within the recruitment sector that will add tremendous value to those who are either looking to get into recruitment, working within the industry, running their own company, or thinking about setting up their own company.
I started in the recruitment sector as an apprentice in 2014 and have worked within multiple markets, from healthcare to sales and tech. I was a high-performing biller, billing manager and in 2022 I got into the world of L&D. In 2023 I started my own coaching business which was always my passion and purpose in life, so I am extremely excited to share all my war stories with you all and the nuggets of wisdom I have attained over the years.
As someone who is incredibly passionate about the recruitment industry, and my business tagline is "coaching recruiters to be 1% better" I can't wait to to share this podcast with you all in hopes that anyone who tunes in, becomes 1% better, every time.
