I am the same, when my studio is messy so is my mind and it feels so good when it finally gets cleaned up. I feel the same about my house as well. Hello sweet sister in Christ. Just found you yesterday and got to finishing all your videos today. You have really inspired me to make my own art with my drawings. I don't have a cricket machine and not really interested in getting one, they seem like a lot of trouble. But scanning them from my sketchbook I can do. I don't know if I'm brave enough to start making videos, I'm a big introvert. But if I decide to, what do you use to record yourself? Phone, camera etc. And what do you use to edit your videos? There's so much to learn when prepping for a craft sale/market. Keep it up, something tells me you're going to keep growing as time goes by. I want to do craft sales/markets but I haven't done one by myself since hubby passed away. Just the thought of unloading everything and doing it all alone scares me but I need to get over that! They're fun too, I love being out there in the middle of "commerce" and getting to know other sellers. You are getting yourself out there and getting a lot of exposure! Back then I didn't have a business but I enjoyed doing crafts and cooking in my spare time. If ETSY was around back then, I definitely would have started a shop while working. It can be done. Hi Sophie, when you are die cutting place your design uppermost first then place die on top so that you can see where you’re cutting.

Oh what a fun gadget to find and it did a beautiful job on your die cuts! I never knew those existed up until a couple of years ago. It's going to save you a lot of time and pain from cutting stickers by hand.

For saying you don't draw anatomy or people well, you did a wonderful job on those mermaids! Seriously, they came out really well :). The 100 as the magic number is a myth that as gone around for years but its really not true. I have 3 etsy shops and sold on etsy for over 12 years. A few quality listings is beater then 100 not so good one. Nice products good photos and good SEO is what gets you found and brings sales. Loved the video its grate seeing other UK small business. good luck with everything.

The craft fair looked like fun and oh what a beautiful setting. That's what I love about England, all the old buildings! You are so organized talking about and setting your goals for next year. I created a zine a few years back. It sold at a craft fair I went to but wasn't as successful online but I had so much fun creating it.
