I enjoyed watching this...
Great video! How many km had this car and if the tensioner was out(spring loose or what problem)? I have a polo 1.4 fsi 16v, 2005, 96kkm and at cold start, it rattles for a couple a seconds. After beeing parked for a couple of weeks. I don't know if i shoud change only the tensioner, guides and chain. Pls, what brand was your timing kit and what it contained?
Great video is this a diesel ?
It's a petrol
can you please tell me what tool you used to calibrate the actuator after the replacement? thanks good video
Thmk you very much, how to align the camshaft without this toolkit?
Put a fiat 500 abarth 1.4tjet in the panda 🐼 100hp.
❤
Hi JSperformance great video bra "please tell me what brand you bought " for the timing chain kit?
Yeah, and also on the new Vw Amarok will see Ford buttons and other things and in Ford Ranger some Vw things
That amazing
Excellent work - can the Xtool D8W do it on all Audi Q7 year models? Otherwise what year was the Q7 you were showing the demo - I’m actually looking for a similar tool
What model xtool is this?
Probably d8 or d8s
Basicly the same for a 3 cyl 1.2?
After how many km should a timing kit be changed ?
To be safe every 100 000km as the tensioner is affected by oil and the guides break and then you lose valves
Hi.Nice video as mine was limping but it was dpf and is cleaned now the car is a beast. Thanks if it gives me a problem I will first check with you.
Awesome bro
Very good dear friend thanks
Now I can do it, I need to know 1 thing, how difficult to replace oil pump
The oil pump is so easy. There's Allen key bolts on the Sump, drain oil, remove the Sump and the there's the oil pump help by 3 bolts.
@@jsperformanceza managed to do.
A big up to you trying to show us everything using 1 hand. Thanks bro 🙏
Do I need to replace all the seals and gaskets
Zou ik wel doen.
What was the pricing for the timing chain kit and timing tool
I do the same like you are doing but when, I am removing the crankshaft bolt the engine skips timing
Which engine can I swap my Fiat Strada 1.4 Working with?
Danko for sharing Sir. Highly appreciated.
good men
Quite beneficial, I have leant something from your skills knowledge. Chao!! great work
Hi it's exelcelent information but how do you set timing when it's out
By locking the camshafts using the cam locking tool and locking the crank with the tool all is found in the timing kit
Thanks but I want to ask you if don't have tool you can do it
Chief amazing work it's fascinating for us diy's cats, quick ques though at one stage you used the dip stick to check for TDC or something through the 1st spark plug inlet or hole and I didn't see you when you took it out or when must it come out and ooh the cams as well when you were putting in the special tool to hold them in place maybe if you can tell me when and how I'd appreciate that..
The dipstick I used just to give me an idea of where the 1st piston was. But in the timing tool there is a crankshaft locking pin which you screw in that set the TDC for you. I'll do another video that clearer
Can I do the same for a cruiser?
