TOG all the way 😊
fourth wing is SO good omg that's a crimeee-
THE WRATH AND THE DAWN 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
Assistant to the villain had a great concept but I found the execution lacking
i'm really happy about the fourth wing one. yes, i liked it at first. but the more i thought about it... the more... not as good as i initially thought. xaden is a very typical cookie-cutter fantasy male lead and violet is.... i have complicated opinions on her. like, she's good. definitely an interesting character. but... there's something that doesn't click well with me. maybe the fact that she sort of forgets everything else the second xaden is in the room. and i am still very, very pissed at liam dying.
SPOILERS HELLO
Would love a review of your favourite romantasy series that dont have any S.A in them please! I see so many romantasy recs & then they turn out to have super triggering stuff in them
I do tend to like really dark, emotional stories. But the Olivia Atwater Fairytales are so cozy and wholesome. Would also recommend A Far Wilder Magic, and The Night Circus 😊😊
@@sararosecummins thanks! 😊
the cruel prince is really not romantasy though. it’s a political fantasy with a tertiary romance sub plot at best BUT it is very good ❤
That would be my take too. Definitely subplot but it's quality. I included it because it's so often lumped into the category for that reason.
Why I liked it. The romance never overshadowed the more important things that were happening, as so often happens in these types of books.
Have you tried the caraval or powerless series yet?! We seem to have similar taste in books and im curious if they’re worth the hype and the money.
Yes! Caraval is okay. I liked it more than OUABH. Definitely very YA tho. Powerless is a big nope from me. It was just a lot of tropes and banter thrown together with no character development IMO.
Forthwing is sooooo good❤
I really think it's just Iron Flame that I hate. I feel like I need to go back and read book 1 to remember that there were things I did in fact like 😂 I see why it's so beloved.
I love Carissa Broadbent, she is so good a balancing plot and romance and her writing is amazing! I have had the Ever King on my tbr forever but you’ve definitely pushed it to the top!
I hope you love it as much as I did!
So happy to hear that! Carissa is the goat! I would compare this series more to Serpent and the Wings of Night. Definitely more romance heavy but similar writing style and attention to character development. I hope you enjoy it!
Yep you're exactly right that's one of the things that stopped me from reading it too like I'm like I don't even know if I want to read it assassin's blade into the end like but I love your analogy cuz it makes perfect sense
It’s so good, worth the read 😊!
So glad to listen to you speaking about how this is our first glimpse of winnowing ✨🙏🏼
It does heal your inner child, this is one of my top favorite books for this year, it's so delightful.
Awe yay! Can't wait to read it!
Wait this is such a good explanation thnxx😂❤
LOL this is so accurate
As a newbie to this series… I should have never started with Assasin’s Blade. The only reason I’m continuing is because I’ve heard of people speaking about it highly. I’ve started Throne of Glass and I love it so far.
The original machine had a base-plate of prefabulated aluminite, surmounted by a malleable logarithmic casing in such a way that the two main spurving bearings were in a direct line with the pentametric fan. The latter consisted simply of six hydrocoptic marzlevanes, so fitted to the ambifacient lunar waneshaft that side fumbling was effectively prevented. The main winding was of the normal lotus-o-delta type placed in panendermic semi-bovoid slots in the stator, every seventh conductor being connected by a non-reversible tremie pipe to the differential girdlespring on the "up" end of the grammeters.
Am i the only one the genuinely didnt understand a single word
Aaah whats SJM Is it something like Super Junk Mates if it is then i guess it is you Its nonsense freak out
I don't what you are saying is truly nonsense what in the world we are😢😅
Still I am caught up. Can you pin the way YOU read it?
"My name is Bob, the blacksmith and my betrothed ran off with a dragon shape shifter" Group: Hello, Bob
This is everything 😂 When can we expect the full manuscript?
@@sararosecummins I'm a terrible writer but I think I could think up a few more lines
@sararosecummins you know I'd like to see the reverse. the girl ending up with the farmer in the village, leaving behind the fairy prince
We have very different taste in books. I DNFed all your top rated books and liked the ones you don’t recommend😅
I respect it 😊
See u can have opinions but I loved once upon a broken heart My opinion ❤
Definitely fair! And to be clear I really like Stephanie Garbers writing style 🫶🏻 But I found the character motivations and development to be a little unclear in this trilogy. It drove be bonkers. And the romance wasn't for me.
I aint reading 23 Dune books. It’s such a long series Frank’s son had to continue it after he DIED
Haha you definitely don't need to finish every single series you like but for most it's not that big of a comittment 😂
@@sararosecummins I was just joking. But I do agree with finishing series you enjoy. One of the first novels I ever read was Holes in 5th grade. My teacher went up to me and handed me Small Steps and told me it was a sequel. I ended up loving it and having a completed story
Thats literally me right now with The Poppy War. Thanks for the push
Glad it's not just me 🫠
I feel exposed 😂. I still have the e books on my phone for guilty pleasure reading. 🫣
Hahaha absolutely no shade tho! I've actually been thinking about doing a reread now that I've read more and have more defined taste 😂 But I know I'll probably still love it!
You have the same facial structure as my aunt
Thank you? 😂
The main cast has to include one redhead also 😂
yesssss!!! new sub!
Thank you so much ❤ Long form vids coming sometime soon!
I always thought I was a slow reader to so from now one I'll just say I'm average lol😂❤
