I know this is unwanted advice but this is my professional opinion but I believe your history and the feelings you are feeling now can put you at risk for postpartum depression. I don’t want pp depression to take away you and your baby’s bond as a newborn. I had ppd and I wish I would have asked for help. Love you ❤

Pregnancy hormones make everything worse 🤪. I gave birth 3 weeks ago and all I think is my dad never got to meet my son it makes me sad but then someone calls him an old soul and it makes me think that my dad chose him for me and it makes me smile.

Dude, Lizard, you got me crying over here. My parents passed fairly young and trust me when I say that you will have a moment after your loved one is gone where you are desperate for these types of memories during your mourning process. To find them and be comforted by them one last time. I had a voice recording of my Ma before she passed from cancer, it hurt to listen but helped so much. I had a happy birthday message from my dad on my voicemail that I listened to every year after he passed until the message magically disappeared one year. I can still hear it in my mind. If I had the opportunity to do this, ask those memory questions, I think it would’ve helped the overwhelming sense of loss of them being gone from this life we shared. We never know when they will be called home. They live on in us and the memories of them we pass on to our children. Big high five to your pops and what a stand up dad he is! ❤ much love to you all.

My dad passed last May and watching this is breaking my heart but also feeling all your love you have for your dad. I miss my dad so much and it’s a pain and emptiness I never thought existed now my mom has dementia and I’m losing her too. Enjoy these moments, I wish I would have done this.

This is so wholesome, I've been apart from my dad for more than 10 years, he is in a remote area of SouthAmerica, and we barely talk. He is a great dad and I miss him so much. This video made me appreciate him, your dad is amazing.
