My Kubota Z726X is broken! Repair and oil/filter change/basic service.
An idler pulley comes off of my Kubota Z726X 60" deck while mowing. The repair ends up not going as well as I'd hoped. I do also take the opportunity to do an oil and filter change, replace the air filter, and grease the fittings while I have it in the garage.

I Made a Muddy Mess with the Kubota Tractors.
Переглядів 1193 роки тому
I made a muddy mess with my Kubota L3240 and L2501 with the BH77 backhoe. I made some repairs to the drainage for my driveway to keep more gravel from washing away before more rains come.
Trimming Trees on the Creek Bank

Using the Kubota L2501 and BH77 Backhoe attachment to dig up some deep rooted stumps. I may have found an underground water source with a couple of these stumps.
Cleaning a fence line with Kubota and grapple
Переглядів 1643 роки тому
Cleaning up a fence line using my Stihl brushcutter, Stihl MS290 chainsaw, and my Kubota Grand L3240 with a grapple. This was the first use of the recently installed WR Long third function valve on the Kubota L3240 and it worked great! Third Function Valve Install on Kubota L3240 Tractor
Переглядів 1,8 тис.3 роки тому
I install a W.R. Long Third Function Valve on my Kubota Grand L3240 tractor. I knew very little about tractor hydraulics when installing this kit. Will it function correctly when I'm finished? Tune in to find out!
Tractor DIY Chainsaw Holder
Переглядів 3,1 тис.3 роки тому
Making a chainsaw holder for my Kubota Grand L3240 tractor. I am using material I had laying around my garage left over from previous projects.
I wish I looked at different mowers before buying a Kubota Z726X what a pos this mower turned out to be. Only has 300.3 Hours on it and I have changed two coils, the Fuel pump, Starter, and one spindle. Cost me over 12k and I was going to trade it in and they were only going to give me 4300.00 for it. Never again Kubota for a lawn mower-Love my L3901 Tractor the mower sucks.
I don’t disagree. There are so many things I would have expected to be better on this mower given that it’s pitched as a “commercial” mower. My Kubota tractors have been fantastic though. I’ll probably look to another brand on my next mower.
You guys realize the 2032/2038 series 2R tractor spec can be ordered with a 220R MSL loader with 1,377 LBS lift capacity that blows the three series capability out of the water.😢
45min thanks to you.
Is there any way to slow down the video during the hose setup under the seat and at the loader valve? There are most crucial for me to understand. Do you have the W.R.Long valve kit number?
I 1st tried an Amazon kit and found out the fittings are too small for the physical tractor side and the hoses ended up being too short. I sent it back and purchased the same kid he has.
Nice like placement 👏👍🏆🏆👴🐕🚜😎🤠🙏🙏
☺️ 'Promosm'
I try to mow just before dark and after dark a hour or so
What did you guys do in aviation? Nice tractor!
Great video, I'm trying to get some U tube experience before my new LX2610 arrives with the BH77. Thank you.
Great job i think that ditch should work its looks deep the l2501 is a great tractor
The 3400 has a built in chainsaw holder in the same place
Tell Jack the hood was designed to be opened by using the tractor key. He can get rid of screwdriver. It states that in the manual.
Good to know, looking at getting one
Maybe just me but the background music makes it hard to listen to this video. Jimo
Noted, thanks for watching and will adjust for future videos.
Add some bungees to pole saw
How long did it take you to do this install, and how much blood did you have to donate ?
Thankfully no blood needed. :) It took me right around an hour but I was taking my time. The W.R. Long kit made it very easy and the instructions they included were ok.
The Creek Life Outdoors Thanks cousin! Was gonna have the dealer do it but now I will wriggle my old fat hands around and gitter done….hopefully without much blood less either.
2 sting of 4 point bar wire hot / or u can mix up i cup of salt > 1/4 of dishwater soap > 1 gal. vinegar and 1 gal of water unless u wanted very strong don't put any water in this mix ! . shake well in 2 gal sprayer ! every 25 ft portable post up with barb wire hot
That's a beautiful machine.
I don't know how you would put the pole saw on the tractor, but I would imagine figuring out a way to mount it like you were carrying this time would be best.
I just purchased an L2501 with the BH77 backhoe on it, glad I found your video so I can see real world use. I'm going to be digging out stumps as well.
@@thecreeklifeoutdoors5855 I got the thumb and the 16" bucket for it. I'm pretty experienced on backhoes but never used one this small. I think it will be fun.
Quick correction of one of his statements. The 3046R is not the smallest HP Deere with a turbo charger. The 2038R and 3038E are both turbo charged. The 3039R may be as well.
There isn't a "1026R" model. The 1025R is most likely what he meant.
@@regnar19881, there actually was a 1026R model back in about 2012-2013. They changed to 1025's due to tier 4 emissions.
No turbo on 3038E. 3039R and 3046R have Turbos.
Good vid, But Skip the music during talking, It got annoying. Good info
Be a good spot for a culvert where that rut is
Also what mechanical thumb do you have on yours? I always thought they were hydraulic thumbs but the dealer told me their not. I still feel I may need that thumb even though it's not hydraulic so I can pinch and move.
I'm looking at the bh77 and need advice on bucket size. I have stumps to take out trees to remove and rocks. 16" comes standard but I was thinking of getting a 10" bucket because I'd be working against less material and have more power. I also considered a ripper thinking it may be faster at stump/rock removal. I have an old culvert to remove, drain tile to put in and a huge wash out are to fill in where a bigger bucket would be nice. Most my ridges are rocky. What size bucket you have and is a ripper needed? I have a lot of work to do and it will be continuous as if I finish one thing, I'll think of something else to do.
Wow Jason! Your driveway was about to become a huge mess. That is where a backhoe shines. I have a neighbor that has a full sized Case backhoe that I get to come every spring and do some tiling in my fields and other repairs such as you are facing in this video. Keep up the good work Jason. Your channel shows a lot of promise.
Remember when playing in the mud as a kid was fun. Now you got the big toys and playing in the mud not much has changed : )
Great video, and nice to see the use of the PPE.
Thanks for a a stump video!, I just took delivery on my L2501 with a backhoe too. Same job last two days stumps and water filling the holes in central NY.
I like to use the pole saw for stuff on the ground too. Looks like it is warming up down there.😁👍
Great Video brother. Beautiful place you got their.
@@thecreeklifeoutdoors5855 No problem buddy. Enjoyed watching as always.
Thank you for sharing! Another project that’s needed to hold my chainsaw. I have looked on line and don’t want to spend a hundred dollars for a plastic sheath and two u bolts I was thinking of your same IDEA. I think my tractors sexy! Lol
Nice video! Also nice tractor. Love or hate series is a good Idea. Way to keep it fresh. : )
Thanks for visiting Jason. Great job editing. I do have to make a correction to something I said. This emission system is not DPF. The regeneration is purely a particulate regeneration and cleaning system and in no way uses DPF. I was nervous! 😂
Are you talking about def?
@@The2006200 it does not use def. It only has a particulate filter in the exhaust.
You're better off digging the stump completely out before you try using the thumb and put the thumb up until you're ready to grab the stump you can dig much easier
Wow! He is really set up nice. Very interesting.
Very nice video on digging out these big stumps. Easy does it! Quite a strong backhoe, even when you take the stumps on a side branch 4:55 you would expect a large torque coming into the backhoe construction.
Greetings from NE Florida. Saw you in the comments on Kelley's Country Life and popped over to check out your channel. I have subbed to follow along with you. - Rick
That turned out great. It was fun making it too, wasn't it? I know the feeling. Thanks for sharing.
Great channel. You are going to do well.
Nice job. I could hear those spring peepers at the end. 👍
Nice one! Like the music too. You got a lot of knowledgeable content Jason.👍🍻
@@thecreeklifeoutdoors5855 The music turned out perfect 👍.
i have watch tiller video on youtube there is and this by far the best video along with best quality overall any other video i have seen. Would be even greater nexte time to attach camera underneath the tractor while tilling so the camera follow Tiller. No such video in this shooting angle before. Ouah Congradulation for innovation.
How are you driving the tractor and running the backhoe at the same time?
@@thecreeklifeoutdoors5855 I did wonder about that. I have a BH77 on order now for my L3301. Nice to know the levers are within reach from the front seat.
Looks like you did a good job on the 3rd function valve. I need to get one but have my eyes on summit hydro. They have a 4 remote manifold that mounts in the back ROPS. I will just have to run hoses to the front for the grapple one day. I have a big wish list. I saw it on tractor time with Tim's channel. Keep em comin great video!
That was some big ass stumps. Another great video! Can't what to get a back hoe or mini excavator one day. Thanks for sharing.
@@thecreeklifeoutdoors5855 I was thinking mini too because I did not finance a back hoe into the tractor purchase and attachments are only 2 years 0% last I looked. UA-cam is expensive 😁. One day when we make it big time we can buy and make more videos for a living 👍🍻
How did you get the metal tube out of the way?
That's what I'm talking about making stuff with what you got. I like your style. Good job!
@@thecreeklifeoutdoors5855 I am the same way except for the organization part but I do make a lot of stuff out of scrap or leftovers.🍻
Nice video! I really liked the content and the frog sounds.
Those tillers are the trick. I need to pick one up. Can't wait to see your garden. I know your wife is happy now. Later bud.
@@thecreeklifeoutdoors5855 Awesome my friend.
This can’t be your first channel your like a seasoned UA-cam creator already. Your channel is going to be huge man keep up the good work your a natural 🍻
Hey Jason. I am Ronnie from S. Carolina. Man what a pretty property you have. I wish I got me a backhoe with my tractor. I have thought about just buying an old one backhoe until I get done with it and then sale it. It is amazing how just a small stump has such a massive root system. That 2nd stump was huge. And that hole was completely filled water, wow haha. How were you moving the tractor with you on the backhoe portion? Is there a way to move it or did you have someone driving it? Nice video my friend.
@@thecreeklifeoutdoors5855 I got ya. Yeah, I am thinking of buying a true backhoe then selling it when done. I like how you can swivel in the seat. Of course, a trachoe would be best like you mentioned.
