The majority of the rural properties in Bihar are paternal. It is not transferred to all members. Many r not even registered properly. Although payments r made for it. This is going to be big trouble. The government is willing to snatch it. Trouble is willingly invited to the Target caste. Never try to push in the corner because it has it's own painful response. Do the corrections before implementing. Justice to the owners of land is a must. Many many do not have money or ways to do the paper work. The government needs support to finish this job before taking this measure. Jai Bharat 🙏🙏

Should tell little bit about lack of good University higher education college etc. Upto school level it's good but not beyond that. Development is mainly focused on business and professional mindset but not for next generation. Government planned roads industrial area but did not focus on education for next generation. Bangalore as lot of good education institutions but gurgaon and Noida lacks it.

Even remote outskirts of Mumbai with poor infrastructure are not available for Dwarka Expressway rates of about 20000/ sq ft. Educated buyers should hurry up and not keep analysing.

You may be right about agencies publishing data but nowhere they mention it is bought for end use or investment......in my view gurgaon real estate is driven by investors rather than end use....time will come when prices will correct......in today's time greed is more prominent in builder and channel partner fraternity
