I can't say enough about Team Rubicon. I did a UA-cam search on them, some of the places that they have been ....I haven't had time to watch any yet. I feel fortunate that I met the first guys here to see if our facility would accommodate them and their needs as far as showers, a bay big enough to house 20+ volunteers, then the team who scopes out the damage and logs the data, fortunately Ken the Road Superintendent was on the first round and knew where to go. I am fortunate to have been helping out with the little things so I got to talk to them. It went thru my mom's neighborhood. We saw it on the news that it was headed to Finleyville so I called her and it had already hit. There will be more damage to roofs and weakened structures from the wind. My mom just said today that her roof has more damage than it looked like at first. People in the path had major trees down, people had no power until the trees were off the lines, one couldn't get out of their home until the trees were removed. People are really appreciative. There is not any funding from Washington County. The damage wasn't enough for federal or state funds either. Our State Rep Andrew Kuzma is working on a grant but those take a while, if you get them. Michalle has gone nonstop keeping everything organized & trying to find funds along with running her greenhouse/floral business. No one got any emergency 911 calls or texts until 10 - 50 minutes after it hit. Thankfully there weren't any injuries

My unofficial answer is that no one has the time or qualities to put everything together. I have all solicitor and engineers invoices from mid 2016. When I got them I was in shock.....they read like a good espionage novel how they changed ordinances first to suit EQT.... then being their own sewage authority which is not legal. There are too many different things, directions and shady stuff that went on and I don't know how to put it together. I had 2 meetings with the Attorney General, they were very interested BUT the Washington County DA has to invite them in. The DA ignored me last spring, my calls and my documents I delivered...he blew me off. Our old solicitor is the Washington County commissioners solicitor as of January......

I just found this section on my channel with this comment. You are absolutely correct. The engineer took the swimming pool area out of the flood plain and stated there was nothing planned to be built. That approval warned of flooding and special consideration if there was any development in the future. I have those documents and many more on a Facebook page I run for someone. They think they can plop a development in any open space but that's just simply not true around here. Those spaces are so often still undeveloped because they're bad places to build

The twp is suppose to do that not the fire dept Michelle dupree Dockered up Paperwork to make it look like it was elrama fire department's fault she is only doing this because she's in bed with finleyville fire department, I have contacted the state and they are looking into it, Dupree needs to be in jail Along with the woman making the videos.

There will be a lot more mentions of what roads and storm drains are failing. How they got there and the plans going forward. We have a new board, 4 first timers. This board brought back the Superintendent with his binder of failing stormdrains, roads, possible slides, and more. He was furloughed April 3 2020. You will see much more about our infrastructure and developments this year. The problem. The documented cause, the plan and hopefully the outcome. You have watched enough of these to see that it's been a mess and last year was a mess trying to survive with the 4 new board members last year .......starting fresh and rebuilding

If it wasn't for HER the volunteers would still not have liability...or do you forget. Why would Finleyville merge with them? Everyone actually thought Finleyville was the Township’s primary. Elrama has done nothing as far as community outreach in 3/4 of Union Township.....nothing. all they had to do was reach out about ISO and the supervisors would have worked with them before people's homeowners went up or was dropped. Just my observations from what I've seen

What the supervisors didn't come out and say was that either a 10 ISO it is equivalent to zero protection. Different people have talked to many different fire departments and this is unheard of......this is nothing new since October 31 2022 when the entire board (except Michalle) walked out. They walked out. They left a mess. Important bills not paid since 2020. The chair and the solicitor have kept the township from going under literally.. I'm not saying that because she's my friend, lol. I'm saying it because I know it's true. They are getting beat up on social media (along with me) by the downgraded Elrama and friends. There was also zero staff and zero organization of files. There was a couple of volunteers and Michalle because the judge appointed 4 supervisors on October 31 2022 did nothing. It was bad. This doesn't happen from what people are coming up with by researching. The chief claimed he was never notified, yet he had a letter addressed to the chair and the VFD. The chair never saw the letter. Lenny Bailey stated that he was given the letter last April and never opened his mouth about it. That disgusts me especially since my parents are in the area for insurance raise or cancelation because of the EVFD. The chief also didn't know that his men fid not have comp insurance for 2 years....the prior board just didn't pay it. Michalle found it and begged our State rrp for help because of deadlines. The news was there and the reporters didn't favor chief and he denied any responsibility on TV. Their last 2 auditor general reports are not very good....they didn't know that the treasurer needed bonded, even I know that.
