Before women nationally had the right to vote 5 women in a frontier community became Americas FIRST All Women Town Council. They were voted in as a Joke by the local men who were tired to hearing them complain, but the Joke was on them when these women took on the task to "Tame" this old west community.
Now, 100 years later, the effects these great women had are still visible. This documentary follows the mayor, Nina Laycook, who has set out to celebrate these strong women and the re-enactors who are telling the story of America's First All Women Town Council.
