That's is so true, I agree with all the things you mentioned that fasting can do, but fasting from food just not eating for 1 day , every week once in a day can do wonders for you, I started fasting on May this year every Tuesday from the morning no food only drink water until 6 in the afternoon I pray then break the fast , I got so much benefits from it , got rid of food addiction, dreams became so clear I could remember every detail, more focused it's like I reclaim myself, like someone who didn't know who he was, there's is so many benefits, it even got rid of the grudges in me that I had for years about my past something that I didn't expect to happen, and now I'm extending my fast to 2 days a week, because I can see that this journey is spiritual. Thanks for putting up this video I hope some people will be inspired.

I can relate to all of the 5 . I don't look like everyone else I'm not an attention seeker. I do things totally different I'm genuine and authentic. And I talk like everyone and I question things I'm a deep thinker and have my own opinions I'm a leader not a follower. And I know who I am and I know my purpose in life. One thing on my mind that I worry about is if I will be judged for celebrating pagan holidays here in America. When I did research a few months ago on why The Sabbath was changed from Saturday to Sunday, I came across the Romans originally worshipping a sun god and as Christianity rose, they decided to add Jesus's birthday to December 25 which was the original celebratory day of Sol Invictus. I work Christmas Day this year so I have an excuse this year but I'm nervous about telling my family I will no longer do Christmas with them or I will make myself work it for now on.

I might have to check out that Veducation over Medication sometime. I agree with what it's about. I take care of the elderly and I see residents gain weight often just from either 3 meals a day, might be the food, might be medications, etc. But it's not like they come in malnourished, I'm talking people that are regular weight and maybe after a year or 2 being there, they are up like 50lb or 100lb. It's really sad to see but I know one lady who is on a lot of psych meds and she's a diabetic now and is on medication for that. Another guy is there and his family brings him Pepsi in and it's like all he drinks and he's gained over 100lb and was never on oxygen and now he is on it. Another guy eats a ton and has gained weight and sometimes with him, they have to keep a sling for a mechanical lift machine in his wheelchair because sometimes he is unable to transfer himself and he's got to be 300lb+. It's sad to see. Guarantee healthier eating, maybe 2 meals a day, and in the one guy's case, no pepsi and they would be so much better off...but the doctors or NP's wouldn't get their $ for prescribing stuff.

This might sound dark for me to say and this is not my idea, but I almost wonder if the Lord had the original Pilgrims bring sickness to the Native Americans to punish them because they had pagan symbolism with totem poles, dance practices, voodoo, worshipping different gods, etc. I know that's not in the original Bible but if he was tough on the Israelites who did not walk with him, I could see him doing the same to Native Americans. I don't mind having a meal with my family on Thanksgiving but the reason behind Thanksgiving itself is pretty dark to look back on when you think of what our ancestors did to the Native Americans whether intentional or not. Other than Halloween being the #1 pagan holiday, I'm not sure which is worse between Christmas and Easter. Easter represents Asherah worship with bunnies and eggs (bunnies don't lay eggs) and parents making kids promote a sex fertility worship practice. Christmas Day isn't the birth of Jesus (Bible doesn't mention what day he was born) but was originally the celebration of Roman sun gods I believe named Sol Invictus or Mithras (could be wrong).
