Another day around the house, not much going on, but I think I'm getting a little better with the sticks!
I got it back!

It spent the night in a tree, but I managed to get it back the next morning with a baseball, some string and good old duct tape! Also I stumbled across a video about removing the tension from the throttle stick and MAN what an improvement it made for me. I can fly slow now I also removed the ratcheting as well.
Lost my drone today

Well, Lost my first drone. It's gonna spend the night in the tree, tried for about an hour before it got too dark to continue.
A good day at the local park

So, at 30 meters up I accidentally hit the disarm button. Broke my first frame. New parts on the way! #beginners #drone #fpvdrone #quadcopter #dronevideo

Decent Flight around the house. Still need to figure out why I'm having severe range limitations. Not bad for the first day though. #drone #beginners #quadcopter #dronevideo
First drone flights!

Remembered finally to turn on the stablization. Still a huge skill issue but she's flying!
🤘🔥
Noooooo
@@abertheham yes 😞
unfortunately yes! However I did get it back in the morning lol
Couple of close calls, but you did good, bro! Nice location, plenty to explore.
Oh yeah, that arm switch has to be moved! Lol The Volador is a pretty tough frame, hopefully you didn't break anything. How much time do you spend in the sim? Time spent in a sim does translate into real flight experience. Helps a ton.
Last time I looked it was at 30 hrs in DRL sim and 15-20 in FPV skydive. I actually ended up breaking a front arm, but it's replaced now and I'm back up in the air!
@@trappertrinkaus1718 great news, that's awesome!
Good start. You just need to practice until you become comfortable with the process. Slow is smooth and smooth is fun!
@@crazicat I figured out expo on the throttle and that's helped A LOT. I love it on my surface RC's and it's helped with smoothness today for sure
I don't like broken quads but I liked your video. :)
Good job! Subbed to follow your progress.
@@DINSTAAR-FPV you poor thing, this is probably going to be painful for both of us then lol
@@trappertrinkaus1718 🤣😂 it's all good. The fun is in the journey! 😉
Not bad for a first flight. Have you been practicing in a sim like Uncrashed, or Liftoff? If not, you should. It helps a ton to practice in the sim and will keep you from breaking your quad as much.
I think you need to learn to fly more stable before doing tricks.
@@sirtubemaster oh yeah. I'm terrible for sure lol literally my fifth or sixth flight
@@trappertrinkaus1718 lol only way to learn is to keep flying!
If you are a beginner to this, wasn't so bad! better than I did first time lol
Awesome!
Thank you! First time flying actually
I know the bloke, that's his front drive.
Now that's a trail that only four wheelers dirt bikes and Jeeps can't get through Where all my Jeepers 💪
Needs some WD-40
Jerps are bad ass.
Thank you!
I think I hear a slight squeak...not sure.
Yeah, rod ends on the track bar were worn and the water washed what little oil was in them out
That was sick!
Thank you! Lots of work went into it to make it perform like that
@@trappertrinkaus1718 yeah
My first vehicle was a '79 Toyota bad ass! It would go ANYWHERE! That Jeep has got some twist advantages tho.
Really bad ass if you have or no someone with 31x10.5x15 tires send a comment on on salem ohio
