It is at the intersection of New Goff Mountain Road and WV 25 on the boarder or Nitro and Institute West Virginia (38°23'19"N 81°46'52"W). The date and time are within 1 hour of correct. I did not witness the actual accident taking place, but there is a very steep grade on New Goff Mountain Road that ends at the intersection at a left and right turn onto the freeway. It looks like a car turned into the traffic headed east bound on the freeway starting a chain reaction.
