If the inner race is getting equal force from both sides, this doesnt make sense. If the inner race gets it from one side and the outer is the thing keeping it in place, then it makes sense. But ..eh.. maybe ill have another look..was sure the inner race was on "lock down" (from both sides ) so it wouldn't matter if it received force from one side

That is an awesome jackshaft rebuild. I just redid my jackshaft with some fancy ball bearings and realized that the jackshaft is very susceptible to any misalignment or overtightening. Seems like a very poor design decision from the Surron company. I wish I could do a total rebuild like yours. But alas, I don't have the time or equipment to do so. Really cool video though. Thanks for putting this out there. You really know your shit when it comes to bearings and their loads. And you ended up with a really cool setup.

What a magician it will even go through the doorway..this shop puts out the magic! The first test passed with flying colors🎉... I can't wait to test a full day run🎉... I could probably caddy a full round of disc golf and make it to every hole... I always needed to meet them around on flat spots to the next hole if I could make it.... So, soooo awesome thank you guys
