Part II Since work-hard model is not working anyone, what can be done? This is based on what I observe on the preference and lifestyle of today's generation, not based on the practicability. Great points. You have a very good understanding of the new world social issues. One more thing is that the amount of sacrifice required to "get ahead" is making it hard for people to afford kids. Instead of being able to afford a family, people occupy themselves with cheap pleasures that contribute to a further lack of fulfillment.

Agree. But working hard has never worked. And i am in my late 40s. 'Working hard' is just another scam that the upper echelons sold (and continue to sell) to give us, serfs, the illusion that you can succeed and retire early. The younger generations simply have different priorities. Just look around you

4:36 what do you mean that degree students would not have too good technical skills?
Let's take the example given in the video, the subject "Performance Management". If there is syllabus A,B,C,D,E and F in that particular subject, for Degree students, perhaps they will study A,B,C in one subject, and D,E,F in another subject. Although A,B,C,D,E,F are all from same subject in professional qualification, but they are touching different areas. Degree study mode is one subject this semester, go for final exam, then study another subject next semester. They do not need too much once they have passed the final exam. Whereas for professional qualification, it is designed in a very obvious way that they expect you to know the basic because they are not reteaching the knowledge from fundamental papers. So this is how there is a possibility that students will get to remember more technical knowledge.
