@@Blue_Bellife we have a great opportunity while we have the internet, to use it for the better and to improve ourselves, or to do whatever we want from it of course. I had an issue with speech which is getting better due to doing videos and observing how l speak, so it has helped me a lot with confidence as in real life I would get tongue tied around people, and I disliked this feeling unable to express myself. Also, l want to become the best version of myself and hopefully it is coming slowly! But it requires honesty and it starts within. I lie to myself and l don't even know sometimes, what I lie to myself about because it is my blind spot! I appreciate your honesty, you will help many others by doing this. Though of course it is worth watching if you do put yourself down in words at all, l don't know you or haven't watched enough videos to know that, but our subconscious listens and when we say negative things about ourselves, like 'l am lazy' which is a negative judgment word, it draws us down into lower energy. It is best to see why we want to say that about ourselves, and see what truly is behind it. I was thinking about you saying you were lazy about doing your hair, but it's it because you ran out of time, because you actually like the natural look, or because you felt 'unworthy' in any way about spending time on yourself and your hair and if you did them, it would make you really happy? I hit on this because on my real channel, l don't wear make up nor do my hair, when I fancy doing a video, I just do it as I am there and then, for 2 reasons: - l value the natural look, too many of us due to social media pressure and glamour magazines like Elle and Cosmopolitan sell us the look of "what women are supposed to look like " and I used to wear a lot of make up in my 20s for work and high heels and realised l didn't like any of it, even though l enjoyed looking feminine. - there is a little bit of low self- worth mixed with this as well, because my body changed and now at 45 l have lost nails, have developed a huge abdomen and some skin ERUPTION and my feet are quite drastically 'unsightly' due to that skin eruption and lack of nails. So, l have the false belief that my body is a little bit "worthless" which is accounting for some of the reason why l don't want to wear make up. There are possibly other reasons like the toxicity of high street make up, and my skin reacting badly if l put any on, so l learn to accept myself as l am and l just have fun with my videos, enjoy being different to other ladies who spend so long preparing themselves so they can look out of a magazine :) But this is just me, my point of view at this time, and it will change no doubt, I study homeopathy and take a treatment so l know my body is doing the best it can and we'll respond more to love than to rejection and judgment... I like analysing everything! It makes me joyful to realise what I hide to myself! Wishing you the best xx from UK too (despite being originally French. )

Those topics are still exactly why I started UA-cam and still are the main focus of my channel. But is it wrong to want to set myself some little goals? Seeing my small little channel grow slowly has been a massive confidence boost for me. I suddenly feel like I have a purpose and I’m making progress for once in my life! I want to learn how to improve and share my experiences with others to hopefully help someone else. It’s just meant to be a bit of fun that’s all…

You can of course do what you want and it’s understandable you’re happy to see views and subscribers. I’m happy you’re happy about them. However… For me (and this is just my personal opinion) as soon as you start talking about monetisation it becomes something else and the charm is gone.
