మరపునుంచీబయటపడాలనేకోరిక అంతర్లీనంగాసత్యంగా పొందేమార్గం తెలియడంలేదు .పుస్తకాలలోచదువుకునేటప్పడో ,సత్సంగాలలోనో తీసుకొనేనిర్ణయాలజీవనప్రమాణం చాలా అల్పం. స్వయంప్రతిపాదిత స్వయముద్దేశ్య అసత్యాలు నియంత్రణలేకదు. ప్రతిక్షణము కాలాన్నికబళించే ఈ స్థితిని దూరం చేసుకొనేవిధానం బోధపడదు. ఈ దుస్థితి నుంచీ బయటపడు మార్గమేమి . ఈ దేహయాత్రఅంతమయ్ లోపు మార్గము ఆవిష్కృతమయ్యేనా!
విషయావగాహనే సత్యాన్ని గ్రహించేందుకు దోహదపడును. అనగా ఉన్నది ఉన్నట్లుగా చూసే ఎరుక అని చెప్పవచ్చు. అందుకు లోకంలో ఉన్న కల్మషం కాక మనలో ఉన్న ప్రతీ ఆలోచనను గమనించాలి. సత్యం ఎక్కడో బయట ఉంది, దానిని పొందాలి అనే ఆలోచన కాక, మనలో ఉన్న, మనమే అయిన సత్యాన్ని గ్రహించాలి. సత్యం మీకన్న వేరుగా లేదు అనే విషయం గుర్తెరగాలి. "ఎవరైతే తమను తాము మౌనంగా గమనిస్తూ, తమ హృదయంతో ప్రతి స్పందిస్తూ జీవిస్తారో వారిలో మార్పు సాధ్యపడును" - జిడ్డు కృష్ణమూర్తి
