Look if you are new to this just take Gold Standard, it has some useless ingredients and small dosages but it will make you feel good and pre workout is about feeling good. The shit that he listed number 1 has 8000 mg of citrulline which is gonna explode your blood vessels and it makes me feel very anxious. I've been lifting over 12 years now and the best advice I can give you is that basic supplements like protein,creatine, maybe vitamin D is all you need with some light preworkout max.

@@hellhound4118 hahaa it’s not and I was simply just stating what’s in the label. Those aren’t necessarily the best ingredients to have. I’m on search for a new supplement brand. I’m sure they taste great. I do like that they put actual dried fruit in there too. That is just my only concern.
